نظرا للتغيرات السريعة والمتلاحقة في المجال التربوي في ظل جائحة كورونا وما ترتب عليها من الحاجة إلى اتباع الإدارة الإلكترونية للتعليم. سعت معظم الدول إلى الاستعانة بالإدارة الإلكترونية في ظل صعوبة العمل بالطريقة التقليدية في ظل جائحة كورونا، تناول البحث دراسة المعوقات المرتبطة بإدارة التعليم الإلكتروني بمحافظة الإحساء بالمملكة العربية السعودية في ظل جائحة كورونا، وطرح سبل التغلب عليها، تم تحديد المعوقات بعدد (4) معوقات هي (الإدارية - الصحية - البشرية - المالية - التقنية) وتم إعداد إدوات الدراسة عبارة عن استبانة تم تطبيقها على عدد (40) من الكوادر الإدارية والتقنية بالإدارة العامة للتعليم لمحافظة الإحساء بمكاتب التعلم في كل من (الهفوف - المبرز - التعلم شمال - التعلم شرق)، وتمت معالجة النتائج وتوصلت إلى أن المعوقات المالية كانت في الترتيب الأول ثم المعوقات الصحية، ثم المعوقات التقنية، ثم المعوقات الإدارية، وأوصت الدراسة بتعميم الربط الإلكتروني بين مختلف الإدارات التعليمية وتطوير البنية التحتية والتكنولوجية بالإدارة العامة للتعليم. In view of the rapid and successive changes in the educational field in light of the corona pandemic and the consequent need to follow the electronic management of education. Most countries sought to use electronic management in light of the difficulty of working in the traditional way in light of the corona pandemic, the research dealt with the study of obstacles related to managing e-learning in Al-Ahsa governorate in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in light of the corona pandemic and put forward ways to overcome them. The study tools were prepared and it is a questionnaire that was applied to a number (40) of the administrative and technical personnel of the general administration of education for Al-Ahsa governorate in the learning offices in each of (Hofuf - Al Mubarraz - learning north - learning east) the results were dealt with and concluded that the financial obstacles were in the first order, then the health obstacles, then the technical obstacles, then the administrative obstacles, and the study recommended the generalization of electronic linkage between the various educational departments and the development of the infrastructure and technology in the general administration of education.
