تؤكد الرؤية الاستراتيجية للمملكة العربية السعودية 2030 على مكانة المملكة العربية السعودية بمنتجاتها وخدماتها عالمية الجودة والإتقان، الأمر الذي يدعو إلى حتمية وضرورة تبنى فلسفة التميز المؤسسي كخيار استراتيجي لتحقيق الميزة التنافسية. لذا، فقد هدف البحث إلى تقديم تصور مقترح لتحقيق الميزة التنافسية بالجامعات السعودية في ضوء رؤية المملكة 2030، واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الذي يفيد فيوصف وتحليل الأطر المفاهيمية والفكرية للميزة التنافسية بالجامعات. وقد توصل البحث إلى وضع تصور مقترح لتحقيق الميزة التنافسية بالجامعات السعودية في ضوء رؤية المملكة 2030 نحو تحسين الأداء الأكاديمي لمؤسسات التعليم العالي وتحقيق الميزة التنافسية. (الملخص المنشور)

The strategic vision of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia emphasizes the position of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with its quality and perfection of its products and services, which calls the necessity of adopting the philosophy of institutional excellence as a strategic choice to achieve competitive advantage; Therefore, the present research aimed to present a proposal for achieving the competitive advantage in Saudi universities in light of the Kingdom's 2030 vision, the research used the descriptive analytical approach that is useful in describing and analyzing the conceptual frameworks of competitive advantage in universities. The research reached a proposal to achieve competitive advantage in Saudi universities in light of the directions of the Kingdom's 2030 vision towards improving the academic performance of higher education institutions and achieving competitive advantage.
