هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة ممارسة أبعاد القيادة الأخلاقية لدى قائدات المدارس الثانوية بمحافظة الخرج، والتعرف على المعوقات التي تواجه قائدات المدارس الثانوية بمحافظة الخرج لممارسة أبعاد القيادة الأخلاقية؛ ولتحقيق أهداف هذه الدراسة، اعْتُمِد المنهج الوصفي المسحي. وقد اعتمدت الباحثة على (الاستبانة) أداة للدراسة في جمع المعلومات والبيانات من واقع الدراسة الميدانية؛ والتي طُبّقت في مجتمع الدراسة الذي تکون من معلمات المدارس الثانوية بمحافظة الخرج والبالغ عددهن (101) معلمة. وتُوصّلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج، ومن بين النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة ما يلي: أن معلمات المرحلة الثانوية موافقات على ممارسة قائدات المدارس الثانوية لأبعاد القيادة الأخلاقية بدرجة عالية، وجاءت في المرتبة الأولى "الصفات الإدارية"، أما بالمرتبة الأخيرة فقد جاءت "الصفات الشخصية". وأن أفراد الدراسة من معلمات المرحلة الثانوية موافقات بدرجة منخفضة على معوقات أبعاد القيادة الأخلاقية، وجاءت بالمرتبة الأولى" المعوقات الشخصية"، أما بالمرتبة الأخيرة فقد جاءت "المعوقات الإنسانية". The study aimed to identify the degree of ethical leadership practice among secondary school leaders in Al-Kharj Governorate, and to identify the obstacles that face secondary school leaders in Al-Kharj Governorate to specific practices of ethical leadership. To achieve the objectives of this study, the descriptive survey method was adopted, and the researcher (questionnaire) has achieved a tool for the study in collecting the information that results from the reality of the field study; Which was applied in the study community, which is one of the teachers of the secondary schools in Al-Kharj, whose number is (101) female teachers The main results of the study: Secondary school teachers agree to secondary school leaders practicing ethical leadership dimensions with a high degree and came in the first place "administrative attributes", while the last level came as "personal attributes". The study members of secondary school teachers have low-level approvals on the obstacles of the dimensions of moral leadership, and came in the first place "personal obstacles", while the last level came "humanitarian obstacles".
