هدفت الدراسة إلى تقصي مدى ممارسة طلبة التأهيل التربوي لمهارات التوجيه والإرشاد النفسي والتربوي في تنمية الهوية العمانية لدى طلبة المدارس بسلطنة عمان. استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (73) طالبا وطالبة من طلبة التأهيل التربوي للعام الأكاديمي (2022-2023م). ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، تم بناء استبانة خاصة بذلك، وتم حساب صدقها وثباتها بالطرق الإحصائية المناسبة. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن طلبة التأهيل التربوي يمارسون مهارات التوجيه والإرشاد النفسي بدرجة مرتفعة. وأظهرت النتائج أيضا أن طلبة التأهيل التربوي يمارسون برامج تنمية الهوية العمانية بدرجة مرتفعة جدا. كما أوضحت النتائج عن عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الجنسين في ممارسة التوجيه والإرشاد النفسي، وممارسة برامج تنمية الهوية العمانية. أوصت الدراسة بضرورة تدريب المعلمين والمعلمات على مهارات التوجيه والإرشاد النفسي والتربوي، وتخصيص حصة أسبوعية لتعزيز الهوية العمانية لدى طلاب المدارس. The study aimed to investigate the extent to which educational high Diploma students practice psychological and educational guidance and counseling skills in developing the Omani identity among school students in the Sultanate of Oman. The study used the descriptive analytical approach, and the study sample consisted of (73) male and female educational high Diploma students for the academic year 2022-2023 AD. To achieve the objectives of the study, a special questionnaire was built, and its validity and reliability were calculated using appropriate statistical methods. The results of the study showed that educational high Diploma students practice guidance and psychological counseling skills to a high degree. The results also showed that educational high Diploma students practice Omani identity development programs to a very high degree. The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences between male and female in the practice of psychological guidance and counselling, and the practice of Omani identity development programs. The study recommended the necessity of training male and female teachers in psychological and educational guidance and counseling skills and allocating a weekly session to enhance the Omani identity among school students.
