هدف الدراسة إلى تحديد الاحتياجات التدريبية لتنمية الممارسات العلمية والهندسية لمعلمي ومعلمات العلوم بالمرحلة الثانوية وفق معايير تعليم العلوم للجيل القادم NGSS ، والتعرف على الفروق في تحديد الاحتياجات التدريبية لتنمية الممارسات العلمية والهندسية لمعلمي ومعلمات العلوم بالمرحلة الثانوية وفق معايير تعليم العلوم للجيل القادم NGSS تعزى لمتغيرات (النوع/ سنوات الخبرة/ المؤهل العلمي). تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، وتم اختيار عينة الدراسة بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة، بلغ عددهم (81) معلمًا ومعلمة، بواقع (75) معلمًا، و (6) معلمات، وتمثلت أداة الدراسة في استبانة مكونة من ثماني أبعاد. وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن الدرجة الكلية للاحتياجات التدريبية لتنمية الممارسات العلمية والهندسية لمعلمي ومعلمات العلوم بالمرحلة الثانوية وفق معايير تعليم العلوم للجيل القادم NGSS بلغت (4.29)، بدرجة مرتفعة جدًا، وقد جاءت المحاور كلها بدرجة احتياج مرتفعة جدًا، وكذلك توصلت النتائج إلى أنه لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائياً في الاحتياجات التدريبية لتنمية الممارسات العلمية والهندسية لمعلمي ومعلمات العلوم بالمرحلة الثانوية وفق معايير تعليم العلوم للجيل القادم NGSS تبعاً لمتغيري النوع (ذكور / إناث)، وسنوات الخبرة: (أقل من 5 سنوات/ من 5 - 10 سنوات/ 10 سنوات فأكثر)، وأيضاً توصلت النتائج إلى أنه يوجد فروق دالة إحصائياً في الاحتياجات التدريبية لتنمية الممارسات العلمية والهندسية لمعلمي ومعلمات العلوم بالمرحلة الثانوية وفق معايير تعليم العلوم للجيل القادم NGSS تبعاً لمتغير المؤهل العلمي (بكالوريوس/ ماجستير/ دكتوراه)، بين بكالوريوس ودكتوراه لصالح دكتوراه، وبين ماجستير ودكتوراه لصالح دكتوراه. The study aimed is to determine the training needs for the development of scientific and engineering practices for science teachers in the secondary stage according to the standards of science education for the next generation NGSS, and to identify the differences in determining the training needs for the development of scientific and engineering practices for male and female science teachers in the secondary stage according to the standards of science education for the next generation NGSS due to the variables (gender / years of experience / academic qualification), and the descriptive correlative approach was used, and the study sample was chosen in a simple random way, their number was (81) male and female teachers, by (75) male and (6) female teachers, and the study tool was represented in a questionnaire consisting of eight Dimensions. The college meets the training needs for the development of scientific and engineering practices for male and female science teachers in the third stage the nucleus according to the NGSS standards for science education reached (4.29), a very high degree, and all the axes came with a very high degree of need.
