هدف البحث إلى الكشف عن تأثير البرنامج التدريبي القائم على الحل الإبداعي للمشكلات في تنمية المهارات فوق المعرفية لدى معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية. لتحقيق هدف البحث، استخدم المنهج شبه التجريبي عن طريق مجموعتين ضابطة وتجريبية، وصمم برنامج تدريبي قائم على الحل الإبداعي للمشكلات. ولجمع البيانات، أعد مقياس مهارات التفكير فوق المعرفية، جرى التأكد من صدقها وثباتها باستخدام صدق المحكين، والاتساق الداخلي، ومعامل الفأكرونباخ. شارك في البحث (75) معلما من مدرستين مختلفتين لتمثل المجموعتين الضابطة والتجريبية، المجموعة الأولى وعددهم (45) معلما، ويدرسون في ابتدائية "جرير البجلي"، التابعة لمكتب التعليم بالروضة بمدينة الرياض كمجموعة تجريبية، والمجموعة الثانية عددهم (35) معلما في مدرسة أبي العالية الابتدائية كمجموعة ضابطة، واختير المعلمون (عينة البحث) بالتنسيق مع إدارة المدرسة؛ إذ ركز على من يبدون التعاون والانضمام للبرنامج التدريبي. ثم طبقت أداة البحث على المجموعتين الضابطة والتجريبية قبليا، واستخدم التطبيق القبلي المعرفة تكافؤ المجوعتين قبل تطبيق البرنامج، واستخدم التطبيق القبلي للتعرف إلى أثر البرنامج التدريبي، ولتحليل البيانات استخدم برنامج التحليل الإحصائي (SPSS). أظهرت النتائج وجود تأثير للبرنامج التدريبي القائم على الحل الإبداعي للمشكلات في تنمية المهارات فوق المعرفية، إذ أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لصالح القياس البعدي في مقياس مهارات التفكير. وبناء على النتائج، أكد الباحث أهمية الحل الإبداعي للمشكلات في العملية التعليمية، وأوصى بالاستفادة من البرنامج التدريبي المقترح، وذلك لتنمية المهارات فوق المعرفية لدى المعلمين. The research aimed to reveal the effect of a training program based on creative problem solving in developing metacognitive skills for primary school teachers. To achieve the research goal, the quasi-experimental method was used through two groups, control and experimental. A training program based on creative problem solving has been designed. To collect data, tools were prepared a measure of metacognitive thinking skills. For creative teaching skills, Its validity and reliability were confirmed using the veracity of the examiners, internal consistency, and the Cronbach coefficient. (75) teachers from two different schools participated in the research to represent the control and experimental groups. The number of the first group is (45) teachers, who teach in Jarir Al-Bajli Primary School, belong to the Alrowdah Education Office in Riyadh, as an experimental group, and the second group, numbering (35) teachers in a school. Abi Aliya Primary School was a control group, as the teachers (the research sample) were selected in coordination with the school administration, and the focus was on those who showed cooperation and joined the training program. Then the research tools were applied to the control and experimental groups. The pre-application was used to determine the equality of the two groups before implementing the program. The pre-application was used to determine the impact of the training program. To analyze the data, the statistical analysis program (SPSS) was used. The results showed an impact of the training program based on creative problem solving in developing metacognitive skills, as the results showed that there were statistically significant differences in favor of the post-measurement of the metacognitive thinking skills scale. One of the most important factors supporting the impact that the creative problem solving model had on teachers’ metacognitive skills was; focusing on the cognitive structure on which creative problem solving is based, linking it to research variables, choosing teaching strategies, expanding activities and illustrative examples, as well as linking creative problem solving to the teaching reality in the educational field based on the results, the research emphasized the importance of creative solving problems in the educational process, and recommended benefiting from the proposed training program to develop creative teaching skills and metacognitive skills for teachers.
