هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرف مستوى مقاومة معلمي مدارس التعليم ما بعد الأساسي للتغيير التربوي في محافظة الداخلية بسلطنة عمان في ضوء نموذج بورتيلا وآخرين (Portela et. al model). اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، كما استخدمت الاستبانة في جمع البيانات والمعلومات وتم تطبيقها على عينة مكونة من (197) معلما ومعلمة. توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن مستوى مقاومة معلمي مدارس التعليم ما بعد الأساسي للتغيير التربوي في محافظة الداخلية بسلطنة عمان في ضوء نموذج بورتيلا وآخرين (Portela et. al model) جاء عاليا بصورة إجمالية، كما جاء عاليا في جميع الأبعاد، وهي: الأكاديمي، والتكويني، والتقني، والمنهجي، والقدرات القيادية، والمعياري. كما كشفت النتائج عن وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة عند مستوى (0.05≥α) تعزى إلى متغيرات الجنس ولصالح الذكور، والمؤهل العلمي ولصالح حملة البكالوريوس، وسنوات الخبرة ولصالح عشر سنوات فأكثر، والمسمى الوظيفي ولصالح المعلم الأول. The study aimed to identify the level of resistance of teachers in post-basic education schools to educational change in Al-Dakhiliyah Governorate in the Sultanate of Oman in the light of the Portela et al model, study used a descriptive method, also used the questionnaire to collect data and information were applied to a sample of (197) teachers. The results of the study reached that The level of resistance of teachers in post-basic education schools to educational change in Al-Dakhiliyah Governorate in the Sultanate of Oman in the light of the Portela et.al model was came generally hgih, and also came high in all domains academic, formative, Technical The results also methodological leadership capacity, and normative; revealed that there are statistically significant differences between the average estimates of the study sample members at the level (α≤0.05) due to gender variables in favor of males, scientific qualification in favor of bachelor's holders, years of experience and in favor of more than ten years and job title and in favor of Senior teacher.
