هدف البحث إلى التعرف على التخطيط لتدشين برنامج تدريبي للقيادات التربوية بالمديريات والإدارات التعليمية بوزارة التربية والتعليم باستخدام أسلوب بيرت في ضوء العصر الرقمي، إضافة إلى الكشف عن كيفية استخدام أسلوب بيرت في التخطيط لهذا البرنامج، واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. توصل البحث إلى النتائج التالية: 1) شدة احتياج التربوية بالمديريات والإدارات التعليمية بوزارة التربية للتدريب على المهارات الذاتية والفنية، والإنسانية، والإدارية، والتنظيمية، ومما لا شك فيه أن هذا الاحتياج له تأثيره السلبي على جودة الأداء ويعيق النمو المهني لقائد المدرسة كموجه ومرشد تربوي وإداري فاعل. 2) أوضح أسلوب بيرت علاقات التتابع المنطقي بين الأنشطة المكونة للبرنامج التدريبي وأعطى التصور البياني والمعلومات الدقيقة عن البداية المبكرة والمتأخرة وكذلك النهاية المبكرة والمتأخرة لكل نشاط متضمن في البرنامج التدريبي المقترح للقيادات التربوية بالمديريات والإدارات التعليمية بوزارة التربية والتعليم. 3) يساعد أسلوب بيرت في تسريع الزمن اللازم لتنفيذ البرنامج التدريبي المقترح للقيادات التربوية. The aim of the research is to identify the planning to launch a training program for educational leaders in the educational directorates and departments of the Ministry of Education using the PERT method in the light of the digital age, in addition to revealing how the PERT method is used in planning for this program, and the research used the descriptive analytical method. The research reached the following results: 1) The educational need in the educational directorates and departments of the Ministry of Education is in great need for training in self, technical, humanitarian, administrative, and organizational skills, and there is no doubt that this need has a negative impact on the quality of performance and hinders the professional growth of the school leader as an effective educational and administrative guide and mentor. 2) Burt’s method clarified the logical sequence relationships between the activities that make up the training program and gave the graphic visualization and accurate information about the early and late start, as well as the early and late end of each activity included in the proposed training program for educational leaders in the educational directorates and departments of the Ministry of Education. 3) Burt’s method helped in accelerating the time needed to implement the proposed training program for educational leaders.
