إنّه ليس بمقدور أحد أن يجحد بصمة المؤسسة التعليمية على مجال التنشئة الإجتماعية للمتعلمين (ات) بأبعادها الإنسانية والإجتماعية، أو ينكر دورها في التربية والتكوين. وفي صميم العملية التعلمية- التعليمية وفي قلب الحياة المدرسية تُعَدُّ الإدارة المدرسية محددا أساسيا في ضمان حسن اضطلاع المؤسسة التربوية بوظائفها وتطوير أدائها. فقد أصبح من هم المشتغل بالإدارة المدرسية تتبع وتنفيذ المناهج والإنشطة التربوية المختلفة، ووضع التقارير حول نشاط وسير المؤسسة، والحرص على تعويض من تغيب من الأساتذة، و من المؤنة التي لا بد منها أيضا التكليف بدروس الدعم وبالأنشطة التربوية، ومن الأكيد تعبئة الموارد البشرية العاملة بالمؤسسة لتحسين جودة الخدمات التي تقدمها، ومن التحديات التي تواجه الإدارة المدرسية تقويم الأداء المهني للعاملين بالمؤسسة، وتتبع وتنسيق أعمال الموظفين القائمين بمهام العمل التربوي. والتنسيق بين مجالس المؤسسة وجمعياتها بما فيها جمعية آباء وأمهات وأولياء التلاميذ، انسجاما مع برنامج العمل السنوي للمؤسسة. ومن الصعوبات التي ليس منها بد الإشراف على إعداد ميزانية المؤسسة وتنفيذها والأمر بالصرف وتحمل المسؤولية المالية والمادية التي تُتخذ. كما لا يمكن الغياب عن مهام الإدارة الحديثة داخل المنظومة التربوية التي لا تنحصر في العمل الوظيفي العادي، والأطر الإدارية مدعوة إلى التجدد في معرفتها بما يجد في الشأن التربوي من مقاربات الإرتقاء بالمؤسسة التعليمية. وليس هذا هو آخر الممكن ذكره من المهام. وإدراكا لأدوار الإدارة التربوية الوازنة في التربية والتعليم والتكوين تحاول الدراسة الإسهام في الإجابة عن جملة من الإسئلة أهمها: ما الواقع الحالي للإدارة المدرسية؟ كيف يتحدد وضعها وتنظيمها وأدوارها ضمن المشاريع الإصلاحية؟ ما طبيعة المهام التي تقوم بها؟ ما نوع الصعوبات والإكراهات التي تواجهها؟ كيف يتأتى الإرتقاء بعملها وتثمين أدوارها؟ (الملخص المنشور)

No one can repudiate the educational institution's imprint on the socialization of learners on both its human and social dimensions, or deny its role in education and training. At the core of the learning-educational process and at the heart of school life, school management is a key determinant for ensuring the good conduct of the educational institution with its functions and the development of its performances. Those involved in the school administration do not only track and implement the curriculum and different educational activities, but report on the activity and functioning of the institution. In addition to that they make sure to compensate for teachers’ absence; what is more crucial is that they assign reinforcement lessons and educational activities as well. It is sure to mobilize the human resources of the institution to improve the quality of the services it provides. Among the challenges facing the school administration are evaluating the professional performance of the institution's employees, and tracking and coordinating the actions of the staff involved in educational work tasks, besides the coordination between the institution’s councils and associations, including parent-teacher association, in harmony with the institution’s annual work programme. Among the difficulties that are not to be is to supervise the preparation and implementation of the institution's budget, order the disbursement, And bear financial and material responsibility that is taken. Also, it is not possible to be inattentive to the tasks of modern management within the educational system, which are not just limited to regular job work. The administrative frameworks are encouraged to renew their knowledge in all what is new in the educational field concerning the approaches of developing educational institutions. This is not the last to be mentioned. Realizing the roles of the imposing educational administration in education and training, the study attempts to contribute to answer a number of questions, the most important of which are: What is the current reality of school administration? How are its status, organization, and roles determined within the reform projects? What kind of tasks does it perform? What kind of difficulties and constraints does it face? How to improve its performance and enhance its roles? (Published abstract)
