هدفت الدراسة إلى فحص العلاقة الارتباطية بين الاغتراب المدرسي والمناخ المدرسي والتحصيل الدراسي، ومعرفة مستوى الاغتراب المدرسي، وتصورات الطلبة للمناخ المدرسي. كما هدفت إلى معرفة فيما إذا كانت هنالك فروق دالة إحصائيًا في مستوى الاغتراب المدرسي تعزى لمتغيري الجنس والصف الدراسي. ولغايات جمع البيانات والمعلومات استخدم مقياس الاغتراب المدرسي، ومقياس المناخ المدرسي. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (870) طالبًا وطالبة من طلبة الصف السابع والعاشر، تم اختيارهم بالطريقة القصدية. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة إن مستوى الاغتراب المدرسي جاء بمستوى منخفض، وإن تصورات الطلبة للمناخ المدرسي كانت إيجابية. كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيًا في مستوي الاغتراب المدرسي تعزى لمتغيري الجنس والصف الدراسي، ووجود فروق دالة إحصائيًا في مستوى الاغتراب عن التعلم تعزى لمتغير الجنس، حيث إن المتوسط الحسابي لدى الذكور أعلى منه لدى الإناث، ووجود فروق دالة إحصائيًا في مستوى الاغتراب عن التعلم تعزى لمتغير الصف الدراسي، حيث إن المتوسط الحسابي لدى طلبة الصف السابع أعلى منه لدى طلبة الصف العاشر. فيما أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطية سالبة ودالة إحصائيًا بين الاغتراب المدرسي وأبعاده الفرعية (الاغتراب عن التعلم، والاغتراب عن المعلمين، والاغتراب عن زملاء الدراسة) والمناخ المدرسي وأبعاده الفرعية (العلاقات بين الطلبة والمعلمين، والعلاقات بين الطلبة، والإعجاب بالمدرسة، وعدالة التعليمات والقواعد، والأمان في المدرسة)، ووجود علاقة ارتباطية سالبة ودالة إحصائيًا بين الاغتراب المدرسي والتحصيل الدراسي. The study aimed to investigate the relationship between school alienation, school climate and academic achievement and also identify the level of school alienation, and students perceptions of school climate. It also aimed to find out whether there are statistically significant differences in the level of school alienation due to gender and grads variables. For the purpose of collecting data and information, school alienation scale and school climate scale were used. The study sample consisted of (870) male and female students from the seventh and tenth grades, who were chosen by purposive method. The results of the study showed that the level of school alienation was low, and students perceptions of the school climate were positive. The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the level of school alienation in the level of the school alienation due to gender and grads. There were a statistically significant differences in the level of alienation from learning due to gender, the mean score of males was higher than females. There were a statistically significant differences in the level alienation from learning due to grade, with the mean score of seventh grade was higher than that of tenth grade. The results showed a negative and statistically significant correlation between school alienation and its subscales (alienation from learning, alienation from teachers, and alienation from classmates) and school climate and its subscales (teacher-student relations, student-student relations, linking of school, fairness of rules, and school safety). In addition there were a negative and statistically significant correlation between school alienation and academic achievement. (Published abstract)
