أن طرائق وأساليب التدريس في التربية الرياضية تعتمد على قيم وأهداف بدنية واجتماعية ونفسية وفكرية، لذا فأن التدريس يعتبر من الأنظمة المخطط لها لأنه يؤدي في الأخير إلى أحداث عملية التعلم لدى الطلاب في جوانب المختلفة وأن الهدف الأساسي لأساليب التدريس، فهي تؤدي إلى أحداث تغيرات في سلوك المتعلم وتعمل على إكسابه المعلومات والمهارات والاتجاهات من أجل تحقيق الأهداف التعليمية. ويهدف البحث إلى: 1) تأثير الأسلوب المتبع في الوقت المستثمر وتعلم مهارتي ضرب الكرة والرمية الجانبية بكرة القدم لطلاب الصف الرابع الإعدادي. 2) تأثير أسلوب الاكتشاف الحر في الوقت المستثمر وتعلم مهارتي ضرب الكرة والرمية الجانبية بكرة القدم لطلاب الصف الرابع الإعدادي. The methods and techniques of teaching in physical education depend on physical, social, psychological and intellectual values and goals, so teaching is one of the planned systems because it leads to the events of the learning process of students in various aspects.
