هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مستوى الرضا المهني لدى معلمي ضعاف السمع في ضوء بعض المتغيرات في ظل جائحة كورونا، وتم اتباع المنهج الوصفي، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من معلمي ضعاف السمع بمدارس التعليم العام بمنطقة القصيم في العام الدراسي 1443-1442ه. وتكونت عينتها من (76) معلماً ومعلمة تم اختيارهم بأسلوب العينة القصدية. وأظهرت النتائج: أن مستوى الرضا المهني لدى معلمي ومعلمات التلاميذ ضعاف السمع في ظل ظروف جائحة كورونا جاء بدرجة متوسطة، ولا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات المعلمين في مستوى الرضا المهني تعزى إلى متغير الجنس، ولا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات المعلمين في مستوى الرضا المهني تعزى إلى متغير سنوات الخبرة، ولا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات المعلمين في مستوى الرضا المهني تعزى إلى متغير الدورات التدريبية. وفي ضوء ذلك أوصت الدراسة بالاهتمام بمعلمي التلاميذ ذوي الضعف السمعي من خلال تقديم البرامج الإرشادية التي تعمل على تنمية الشعور بالرضا المهني لديهم باستمرار وبفعالية، والعمل على تحسين مناخ وبيئة العمل لمعلمي التلاميذ ذوي الضعف السمعي، والإعاقة السمعية. This study aimed to reveal the level of professional satisfaction of the teachers of the hard of hearing in the light of some variables in light of the Corona pandemic. Its sample consisted of (76) male and female teachers who were chosen by the intentional sampling method, and the results showed: that the level of professional satisfaction of teachers and teachers of hearing-impaired students under the conditions of the Corona pandemic came to a medium degree, and there are no statistically significant differences between the average teachers’ scores in the level of professional satisfaction. It is attributed to the gender variable, and there are no statistically significant differences between the average teachers’ scores in the level of professional satisfaction due to the variable years of experience, and there are no statistically significant differences between the average teachers’ degrees in the level of professional satisfaction due to the training courses variable. In light of this, the study recommended paying attention to teachers of students with hearing impairment by providing guidance programs that develop their sense of professional satisfaction continuously and effectively, and work to improve the work environment and environment for teachers of students with hearing impairment and hearing impairment.
