استهدف البحث تبيين معنى الإنصاف وأسباب عدم تحققه في الأبحاث العلمية، والحديث عن الموضوعية العلمية ولوازمها، والتعرض للتوثيق العقدي وضوابطه باعتباره أقوى لوازم الإنصاف والموضوعية في الأبحاث العقدية عند أهل السنة والجماعة. واستنتجت بأن مهما تنوعت الجوانب المعرفية لدى الباحث إلا انه يحتاج إلى الاتصاف بالإنصاف والموضوعية للقيام ببحث متميز. فمن ثمرات علم الباحث في علوم العقيدة اتصافه بالإنصاف والموضوعية في الحكم على المخالف، لما يترتب عليها من نتائج. كما أوصي بضرورة العناية بموضوع التوثيق العقدي وإفراده بمقرر خاص يدرس في أقسام العقيدة في الجامعات العربية؛ وعمل أبحاث تفصيلية في ضوابط التوثيق العقدي ونشرها على مستوى عالمي، لما فيها إبراز وسطية أهل السنة وإنصافهم لمخالفيهم بذكر النماذج التطبيقية عليها من كتبهم. This research is aiming to clarify the meaning of equity and the reasons why it is not being achieved in the scientific research, talking about scientific objectivity and its requirements, and Shareae (Islamic law) Science documentation through its standard. I came to conclusion that researcher should be obliged with equity and objectivity in his research for a distinguished outcome. I also strongly recommend documentation for Shareae (Islamic law) Science and it should be educated as a course in all Islamic faith departments in Arab Universities, also making detailed researches in Shareae (Islamic law) Science documentation and its standard along with international publication for the same, to clear that Sunnah followers are justly balanced and fair with their dissenters and quoting an applied examples from their books.
