This study aims to reveal the extent of achievement made by Principals of schools in the governorate of Adum and satisfaction of the requirements necessary to reengineering the administrative operations and its relation to the extent of administrative creativity among them from the viewpoint of teachers. It further aims to investigate the indication of differences in terms of responses of members of the sample group attributed to different stage of education, academic qualifications, experience, and training courses in the field of school administration. To this aim, the study has employed the descriptive correlative approach. Tool of the study incorporated in a questionnaire has been designed and composed of two scales as follows. The first is a scale that has been designed to measure to what extent the requirements of reengineering the administrative operations have been satisfied. The second is a scale to measure the administrative creativity. The study has been applied on a randomly selected sample group composed of 146 teachers in the general education schools in the governorate of Adum during the second semester of scholar year 1439/1440. The researcher has employed arithmetic means in order to reveal to what extent principals of schools in the governorate of Adum have managed to satisfy and achieve the requirements of reengineering administrative operations, and the level of administrative creativity. Pearson’s coefficient has also been employed in order to reveal the correlative relationship between both variables of the study. ANOVA and T Test have also been employed in order to detect differences in the grades of sample according to variables of the study. Findings of the study reveal that principals of schools in the governorate of Adum have managed to highly achieve the requirements of reengineering the administrative operations with an arithmetic mean valued at 3.56 and Standard Deviation standing at 0.89. Findings also revealed that the level of administrative creativity has recorded high with an arithmetic mean valued at 3.64 and Standard Deviation standing at 0.94. Findings also revealed positive correlative relationship between achievement made by principals of the schools in the governorate of Adum to the requirements of reengineering administrative operations on one hand and the level of administrative creativity on the other. Moreover, findings revealed statistically indicated differences at the indication level (≥ 0.05) between average responses of teachers over achievement of requirements of reengineering administrative operations by principals of schools in the governorate of Adum on one hand and the level of administrative creativity among them on the other. Such are attributed to the different number of training courses in the field of management. Differences were in favor of teachers who had attended more training courses in the field of management. Nonetheless, differences have not been suggestive in terms of other variable. (Published abstract)
