This study aimed to investigate the relationship between the Alexithymia and body image, psychological Stress, and find out the differences between the sexes in them, and also "know the differences between high and low Alexithymia in body image and psychological Stress, as well as the disclosure of predictability hardly know the feelings through body image and psychological pressure, and used a sample of 344 students "of them (168) males," and (176) females from secondary school students, and answered the Alexithymia scale and measure the psychological Stress of the researcher, and the measure of body image for Shukair (2002). and found the results to a relationship between the Alexithymia and body image and stress in adolescents. and the presence of statistically significant differences in favor of females in Alexithymia scale, and body image and psychological Stress. and the presence of statistically significant differences in favor of soaring in the total score the image of the body and the total score of psychological Stress and dimensional. and the results found to be variable body image variables studied best contribution to the difficulty of predicting Alexithymia , then the psychological Stress the second most variable input variables in predicting Alexithymia of the total respondents.
