This study aims at finding out the degree of Public Schools Principals application of Raddinn's ' Three Dimensional Leadership Theory' in the State of Sur, Sultanate of Oman. To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire composed of (41) items was designed. After checking the validity and reliability of the questionnaire, (165) members of the study group composed of ( Assistant Managers, and master teachers ) were requested to respond to the questionnaire items during the academic year 2013/2014 To evaluate the responses, ( means, standard deviation, differential analysis and T-test ) were employed. The study highlighted a number of results, the most important of which are: 1) The degree of practicing ' The Three Dimension Leadership Theory' in the State of Sur is average.2. The absence of statistically significant differences in the school principals practice of the ' the three dimensional leadership theory ' in the State of Sur, Sultanate of Oman at the level of ( a = 0.05 ) is due to the effects of ( experience , academic qualification and gender).In the light of the findings, the researcher recommends the following:1. Enhancement of teachers' role in decision making at school by obliging school principals to take into consideration teachers' opinions when making decisions. 2) To pay attention to veteran teachers to utilize their experience or to improve their performance and encourage them to cooperate with new teachers. 3) Encouraging school principals to delegate some of their powers to the teachers to boost their self-confidence to enhance their performance. 4) Enhancement of mode of cooperation between school principals and teachers and teachers when planning for academic and technical activities at the schools.5. Reconsideration of distribution of material and moral incentives to teachers fairly, objectively and without bias. (Published abstract)
