In this study, the researcher aims at addressing the current situation in evaluating students' performance and evaluating them in accordance with the existing mechanisms which, through his experience and experience in the field, are considered ineffective and ineffective in the current era, especially with the national transformations and accelerated development in a small country such as the Kingdom Saudi Arabia, but the current situation has become an obstacle to the development paths and the runways of improvement, in addition to it is undoubtedly a disruption to the technology that is certainly that the employment of evidence of progress. The study, which took the descriptive approach through the sample consisting of (40) university professors and students who responded to the tool of the study (the questionnaire) with a quintuple of the (Likert) in (30) divided into (6) areas (Quiz) in university education, traditional (semi-quarterly) examinations in university education, traditional final exams in university education, proposed strategy for assessment and evaluation SW for CG Answer the four study questions. The researcher presented a strategy proposal to ensure positive evaluation and evaluation process and provide its efficiency and effectiveness according to the opinion of the sample at a high level and an average of (3.78) and second place after the modern alternatives to the traditional tests of (works of the year) in university education, (The work of the year and the final), and concluded that the proposed strategy will contribute to improving the process of university education and the quality of its products God willing and recommended the application.
