The present study aims at identifying the professional Performance level of the faculty from their student's points of view, and finding the statistical differences according to the gender variable (Males, Females), and specialization variable (humanity, scientific). The population of the study consists of 5335 male and female university students from the 3 rd and 4 th stages selected from different colleges at the university of Baghdad. The sample includes 444 male and female students distributed on four colleges: two Humanity College, and two scientific others. A questionnaire is constructed to achieve the aims of the study. It included 44 items distributed on three domains: teaching skills, personality, and evaluation methods, and to set five options per item. Reliability coefficient is computed by applying Pearson correlation coefficient and Alpha-Cronbach formulas, where they are found to be 4.00 and 4.05 successively. Results show that there are no statistically significant differences in the faculty level of professional performance according to gender variable (male, female). (Published Abstract)
