The present study aims to shed light on a new aspect of self-added to us by remote communication technology and provide a reliable psychometric tool in Arabic language to measure that digital self, and determine its dimensions by examining the factorial structure of its scale. The factorial structure of the scale is examined by the varimax rotation method. The factorial analysis extracted four major explainable factors, each with a latent root greater than 1.0 with each 25 scale items are saturated, namely: inward trend, spontaneously narration, separability, and multiplicity. The four factors were found to be highly correlated with each other's, this means that these manifestations overlap, forming a complex macro structure that represents these multiple features of the digital self. By calculating the means and standard deviations for each item of the scale, and for the total score for both male and female samples, there was no significant differences between males and females in the scale items except item 5 (α = 0.01) and item 14 (α = 0.05). It is noted that the mean total score for male students is 44.62 with a standard deviation of 17,288, the mean female total score is 44.1 with a standard deviation of 19.4, and the calculated T value is 0.461, which indicates that there is no significant difference between the means of the male and female on the total score of the scale. The internal consistency of the scale is calculated by calculating the correlation coefficients between the sample individual score for each item of the scale resulting from the factorial analysis procedures and total score, as the correlation coefficients between the item and the total score of the total sample ranged between (29, 55), (26, 68) for the male sample, and (28, 66,) for the female sample. The test Reliability coefficients between the dimensions of the scale and the total score was calculated by repeating the procedure method, all of which were positive and statistically significant at the significance level of (0.01), and by the Split Half Reliability method as it was (0.79). After using the Spearman Brown equation to correct the coefficient, it was (0.88) which is a high coefficient and indicates that the scale has a high degree of Reliability. (Published abstract)
