يهدف البحث إلى وضع مقترح تطبيقي تنموي استراتيجي لاختيار التخصص المناسب إلكترونياً للطلبة الجدد في الجامعات الفلسطينية كبديل عن الإرشاد الوجاهي بسبب جائحة كورونا، وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واستخدام أسلوب دلفاي للمساعدة في إعداد هذا المقياس، والذي يعتمد على رأي الخبراء وفق مراحله الثلاثة، وحددت العينة الاستطلاعية العشوائية الأولية من الطلبة الجدد في الجامعات الفلسطينية لعام 2020-2021 حيث بلغت حجم العينة الاستطلاعية الأولية (300) طالب على شكل مجموعات من محافظات مختلفة، وذلك للتأكد من صدق وثبات الاستبانة. حصل المقياس على درجة عالية من الصدق والثبات، وكانت أهم النتائج أن الخبراء أجمعوا على (341) مهارة ومعيار وقدرة كإجماع عالي ومتوسط لاختيار التخصص المناسب للطلاب الجدد الملتحقين بالجامعات، وتم تصميم مفتاح التصحيح، والوصول إلى المحك المعتمد للمقياس، ولقد تم تصميم المقياس إلكترونياً باستخدام لغة HTML متضمنة بعض أكواد جافا سكربت، وتم رفع الصفحة على محرك أقراص Google، وشمل التصميم المقياس ومفتاح التصحيح والمحك المعتمد، ويمكن لأي طالب استخدام هذا المقياس بسهولة والحصول على النتائج مباشرة بعد الانتهاء من الإجابة عن فقرات المقياس، وهذا المقياس متوفر على الرابط التالي https://choosemajor.000webhostapp.com/ (الملخص المنشور)

The research aims to formulate a strategic developmental application proposal to electronically choose the appropriate specialization for new students in Palestinian universities as an alternative to face guidance due to the Corona pandemic, and the researchers used the descriptive and analytical approach, and the use of the Delphi method to help prepare this scale, which depends on the opinion of experts according to its three stages, The initial random sample of new students in Palestinian universities for the year 2020-2021 was determined, where the size of the initial survey sample reached (300) students in groups from different governorates, in order to ensure the validity and reliability of the questionnaire, and the scale obtained a high degree of honesty and consistency, and it was the most important The results were that the experts agreed on (341) skill, standard and ability as a high and medium consensus to choose the appropriate major for new students enrolled in universities, and the correction key was designed, and access to the criterion approved for the scale, and the scale was designed electronically using HTML language including some JavaScript code, and the page was uploaded to Google Drive, and the design included the scale, the correction key, and the approved test, and any student can easily use this scale and have the internet Fill in immediately after answering the paragraphs of the scale, and this scale is available at the following link: https://choosemajor.000webhostapp.com/ (Published abstract)
