استهدف البحث تقديم رؤية مقترحة لتحقيق ميزة تنافسية لجامعة المنوفية في ضوء مدخل التوأمة الجامعية وذلك من خلال التعرف على الإطار الفكري للميزة التنافسية للجامعات والإطار المفاهيمي للتوأمة الجامعية كمدخل من مداخل تحقيق الميزة التنافسية ومتطلبات مدخل التوأمة الجامعية لتحقيق الميزة التنافسية لجامعة المنوفية من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس بها. استعان البحث بإجراءات المنهج الوصفي، نظرا لمناسبته لطبيعة الدراسة، مستخدما الإستبانة كأداة للبحث والتي تم إعدادها وتقنينها وتطبيقها على عينة من بعض أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة المنوفية ، للتعرف على متطلبات مدخل التوأمة الجامعية لتحقيق ميزة تنافسية لجامعة المنوفية من وجهة نظرهم. تمثل مجتمع البحث من جميع أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة المنوفية والبالغ عددهم (2399) عضوا وفقا لإحصاء عام 2022-2023م، وتم اشتقاق عينة عشوائية ممثلة لهذا المجتمع والتي بلغت عددها (331) عضو هيئة تدريس بواقع تمثيل 13.7% من المجتمع الأصلي للتعرف على متطلبات التوأمة الجامعية لتحقيق ميزة تنافسية لجامعة المنوفية ، وقد بلغ عدد الاستبيانات الصالحة للتفريغ والتحليل الإحصائي (298) إستبانة. توصل البحث إلى أن أفراد العينة يقرون بضرورة توافر متطلبات مدخل التوأمة الجامعية لتحقيق ميزة تنافسية لجامعة المنوفية، وتجلى ذلك من خلال موافقتهم الكبيرة على جميع أبعاد الإستبانة المتمثلة في تسعة متطلبات وهي (متطلبات غائية - متطلبات تشريعية - متطلبات إدارية - متطلبات مالية - متطلبات بشرية - متطلبات توفيقية - متطلبات تكنولوجية - متطلبات تعليمية - متطلبات مادية)، وقدم البحث رؤية مقترحة لتحقيق ميزة تنافسية لجامعة المنوفية في ضوء مدخل التوأمة الجامعية متضمنة (الملامح العامة لها من منطلقات وأبعاد ومتطلبات وآليات تنفيذ ..الخ). The current research aimed to present a proposed vision to achieve a competitive advantage for Menoufia University in the light of the university twinning approach, by identifying the intellectual framework for the competitive advantage of universities and the conceptual framework for university twinning as an entry point for achieving competitive advantage and the requirements for university twinning entrance to achieve the competitive advantage for Menoufia University from the point of view of faculty members. teaching it the current research used the procedures of the descriptive approach, due to its suitability to the nature of the study, using the questionnaire tool that was prepared, codified and applied to a sample of some faculty members at the University of Menoufia, to identify the requirements of the entrance to university twinning to achieve a competitive advantage for the University of Menoufia from their point of view, and it represents the research community of all (2399) faculty members at Menoufia University, according to the 2022-2023 census, and a random sample representing this community was derived, which numbered (331) faculty members, representing 13.7% of the original community, to identify the requirements of university twinning to achieve a competitive advantage. Menoufia University, and the number of questionnaires valid for discharge and statistical analysis has reached (298) questionnaires.
