هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى فاعلية نظام إدارة التعلم الإلكتروني (Blackboard) في عملية التعليم والتعلم لدى طلاب جامعة القصيم، وذلك باستخدام نموذج قبول التقنية (TAM)، وانعكاس ذلك على قبولهم لاستخدام النظام في ضوء سهولة الاستخدام، والمنفعة المدركة. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم اتباع المنهج الوصفي المسحي. وقد تكون مجتمع الدراسة من كافة طلاب جامعة القصيم، وبلغت عينة الدراسة (370) طالبا وطالبة. واستخدمت الاستبانة أداة لجمع البيانات، والتي اشتملت على ثلاثة محاور رئيسة في ضوء عوامل نموذج قبول التقنية. وأسفرت نتائج الدراسة أن سهولة استخدام التقنية والاستفادة منها كان له التأثير الإيجابي على فاعلية نظام إدارة التعلم الإلكتروني (Blackboard) المستخدم، وكان عامل سهولة الاستخدام المدركة في أعلى الترتيب ثم المنفعة المدركة وفاعلية نظام إدارة التعلم الإلكتروني، كما خلصت النتائج مجموعة من التوصيات المتعلقة برفع فاعلية توظيف النظام الإلكتروني في الجامعة. The research aimed to investigate to what extend the learning management system (Blackboard) is effective in the learning process for Qassim University students using the Technology Accesptance Model (TAM), and the reflection of that in the ease of use, and expected benefit. To achieve the objectives of the research, the descriptive quantitative method was followed. Where the research population included all the students at Qassim University, the research sample consisted of (370) students. The questionnaire used for data collection, which included three main domains in the light of Technology Acceptance Model domains. The findings revealed that the ease of using technology and its benefit affect positively the effectiveness of used E-learning management system, and the ease of use was the first domain then the expected benefit and effectiveness of the E-system, while the findings indicated that there are recommendations related to maximize the effective integration of technology system.
