استهدف البحث وضع تصور مقترح لتحقيق جامعة المنصورة لصداقة البيئة باستخدام بطاقة قياس الأداء المتوازن. تم استخدام منهج البحث الوصفي، وتمثلت أداتا البحث في بطاقة قياس الأداء المتوازن بأبعادها الأربعة (بعد العملاء - البعد المالي - بعد العمليات الداخلية - بعد التعلم والنمو) لتقييم الأداء البيئي لجامعة المنصورة، واستبانه للتعرف على معوقات تحقيق جامعة المنصورة لصداقة البيئة في ضوء نتائج بطاقة قياس الأداء المتوازن، وتم تطبيقهما على عينة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس ومعاونيهم والعاملين (ن1=350) وطلاب الفرقة النهائية وطلاب الدراسات العليا (ن2= 1313). توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج، أهمها: أن استجابة عينة الدراسة جاءت ما بين (متدنية ومتوسطة)، بعد العملاء والبعد المالي وبعد العمليات الداخلية وبعد التعليم والنمو، كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة الميدانية موافقة عينة الدراسة بدرجة كبيرة على معوقات تحقيق جامعة المنصورة لصداقة البيئية ومتطلباتها. وفي ضوء هذه النتائج تم وضع تصور مقترح لتحقيق جامعة المنصورة لصداقة البيئة باستخدام بطاقة قياس الأداء المتوازن. The aim of the research is to develop a vision for the environmental friendliness of Mansoura University using a performance scorecard. The two research tools are the balanced scorecard with its four dimensions (customers dimension - financial dimension - internal operations dimension - learning and growth dimension) assessment of the environmental performance of Mansoura University, and a questionnaire to identify obstacles Mansoura University's achievement of environmental friendliness in light of the results of balanced performance measurement, represented by a sample of members of the staff and their assistants and workers (n1= 350), final students and graduate students (n2= 1313) The study reached several results, the most important of which are: that the response of the study sample came between (low and medium), after the customers, the financial dimension, the internal operations, education and growth, and the results of the field study showed the approval of the study sample to a large extent on the obstacles to achieving Mansoura University for environmental friendliness and requirements. In light of these results, it was envisaged to develop the expectations of Mansoura University for environmental friendliness that use balanced performance measurement. (Published abstract)
