هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى قياس مستوى دافعية الإنجاز في نظام التعليم عن بعد لدى طالبات التعليم الثانوي نظام مقررات (البرنامج التخصصي) مسار العلوم الإنسانية، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف، أعدّ مقياس مكون من (3) أبعاد لدافعية الإنجاز هي: المثابرة، الطموح، تحديد الأهداف، وتم عرضه على عدد من المحكمين وأجريت التعديلات اللازمة عليه. وأصبح المقياس في صورته النهائية مكون من عدد من العبارات بلغ مجموعها (36) عبارة، وتم توزيع المقياس إلكترونيًا على عينة من طالبات التعليم الثانوي نظام مقررات (البرنامج التخصصي) مسار العلوم الإنسانية بمدينة جدة بلغ عددهن (403). وأظهرت النتائج أن المتوسط الحسابي لاستجابات أفراد عينة البحث على مقياس دافعية الإنجاز ككل جاء بتقييم مرتفع، حيث بلغ المتوسط الحسابي (2.48) بانحراف معياري (0.60)، وأن بعد تحديد الأهداف جاء في الترتيب الأول بمتوسط حسابي (2.70) بتقييم مرتفع، يليه بعد المثابرة بمتوسط حسابي (2.51) بتقييم مرتفع، وفي الترتيب الثالث والأخير بعد الطموح بمتوسط حسابي (2.22) بتقييم متوسط. The study aimed to examine the level of achievement motivation among female secondary school students in the distance education system, Credit System (the specialized program), humanities track. A descriptive approach was used in this study, besides preparation of a scale of three (3) dimensions for achievement motivation. They are persistence, ambition, and setting goals. The scale was presented to a number of arbitrators and necessary amendments were made thereof. Finally, the scale consisted of (36) items and was distributed electronically on a sample of (403) female secondary school students, Credit System (specialized program), the humanities track in Jeddah. The results showed that the mean of the responses of the research sample on the scale of achievement motivation as a whole were highly rated, achieving arithmetic mean of (2.48) and a standard deviation of (0.60), and that the goal setting dimension ranked first with an arithmetic mean of (2.70) and a high rating, followed by the persistence dimension with an arithmetic mean of (2.51) and a high rating, and in the third and last place there came the ambition dimension, with an arithmetic mean of (2.22) and a medium rating.
