هدفت الدراسة تقويم برامج تعليم التربية الإسلامية في ضوء أنشطة ومعالجات تنمية مكونات ثقافة ترشيد الاستهلاك من وجهة نظر المعلمين والمشرفين التربويين بمنطقة تبوك التعليمية. وتم تحليل الدراسات السابقة والتجارب والأدبيات لتحديد مكونات ثقافة ترشيد الاستهلاك في الجوانب (المعرفية، والمهارية، والوجدانية)، واعتمدت الدراسة الحالية علي المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (114) من المعلمين والمشرفين التربويين في التربية الإسلامية بمحافظات ومدن منطقة تبوك التعليمية بشمال المملكة العربية السعودية، تم اختيارها بصورة عشوائية طبقية وفق متغيرات (طبيعة المهنة، والمحافظة، والمرحلة التعليمية)، وتمت إجراءات التطبيق الميداني في الفصل الدراسي الثاني للعام الدراسي 2017/2018م. وبينت نتائج الدراسة قصور برامج تعليم التربية الإسلامية عن تنمية مكونات ثقافة ترشيد الاستهلاك بصفة عامة، وأتت درجة محور تضمين مكوناتها في الأهداف والمحتوى والأنشطة بصورة متوسطة، في حين أتت درجة محور ممارسات التدريس التعليم، ومحور الأنشطة المدرسية في تنمية مكونات ثقافة ترشيد الاستهلاك بصورة ضعيفة. The study aimed to evaluate Islamic education programs in the light of the development of components of Consumption Rationalization literacy from the teachers and educational supervisors' perspective in Tabuk educational region. To achieve the main aim of this study, the previous studies, experiments and literature were analyzed to determine the components Consumption Rationalization literacy in the cognitive, skill and emotional dimensions which is relative to Islamic education programs. The study was based on the analytical descriptive method. The study sample consisted of (114) teachers and educational supervisors in the Islamic education in the governorates and cities of Tabuk educational region in northern Saudi Arabia, which were randomly selected according to the variables (nature of Occupation, governorate, educational stage). The instruments were applied in the second semester of the academic year 2017/2018. The results of the study showed the lack of educational programs of Islamic education on the development of the components of Consumption Rationalization literacy in general, and the degree of the components included in the objectives, content and activities, teaching practices and learning, and the focus of school activities in the development of the components of the Consumption Rationalization literacy is weak.
