يهدف البحث الحالي إلى الكشف عن العلاقة الارتباطية بين أنماط مركز التفكير (الباحث- والمخلص- والمتحمس) وفق نظرية الإنيكرام والصمود الأكاديمي لدى طلاب الدراسات العليا العاملين، والكشف عن نمط الشخصية السائد لأنماط مركز التفكير وفق نظرية الإنيكرام لدى طلاب الدراسات العليا العاملين، وكذلك الكشف عن أهم أنماط مركز التفكير المنبئة دون غيرها بالصمود الأكاديمى لدى طلاب الدراسات العليا العاملين. وتكونت عينة البحث من (470) طالباً وطالبة من طلاب الدراسات العليا العاملين والمسجلين في كليات جامعة الزقازيق ،الذين تراوحت أعمارهم بين (25-40) عاماً، بواقع (192 ذكور، و278 إناث)، واستخدمت الباحثة مقياس أنماط مركز التفكير وفق نظرية الإنيكرام تأليف Hudson & Riso (ترجمة، وإعداد: الباحثة)، ومقياس الصمود الأكاديمي (إعداد: الباحثة). وتوصلت نتائج البحث إلى عدم وجود علاقة ارتباطية بين نمط الشخصية الباحث والصمود الأكاديمي، ووجود علاقة ارتباطية سالبة دالة إحصائياً بين نمط الشخصية المخلص، والصمود الأكاديمي ،ووجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة دالة إحصائياً بين نمط الشخصية المتحمس، والصمود الأكاديمي لدى طلاب الدراسات العليا العاملين، وأن نمط الشخصية المتحمس هو النمط السائد من أنماط مركز التفكير وفق نظرية الإنيكرام لدى طلاب الدراسات العليا العاملين، كما تنبأ أنماط مركز التفكير وفق نظرية الإنيكرام بالصمود الأكاديمي لدى طلاب الدراسات العليا العاملين. The current research aims to revealing of the relationship between the patterns of thinking center and academic resilience among the employees from higher studies students, revealing of the basic personality type for patterns of thinking center according to the Enneagram theory among the employees from higher studies students, and revealing of some the patterns of thinking center predictors without other academic resilience among the employees from higher studies students. The research sample consisted of (470) students from the employees from higher studies students enrolled at Zagazig University, ages (25-40), by (192 males, 278 females), the search tools consisted of the patterns of thinking center scale according to the Enneagram theory (Riso & Hidson, 1995), academic resilience scale (prepared by: the researcher) and the research results showed: there is no relationship between researcher type and academic resilience, and a negative relationship between loyalist type and academic resilience, and positive relationship between enthusiastic type and academic resilience among the employees from higher studies students, that enthusiastic type is the basic personality type for patterns of thinking center according to the Enneagram theory, moreover the patterns of thinking center can predict with academic resilience among the employees from higher studies students.
