هدفت الدّراسة إلى مدى امتلاك الكفايات المهنية اللّازمة للمعلّمين المعنيين بتطبيق مدخل STEM العلوم، والتّقنية، والهندسة، والرّياضيات، واستخدمت الباحثة فيه المنهج الوصفي التّحليلي في مسح الأدبيات، والدّراسات السّابقة الخاصّة بموضوع الدّراسة، ‏وتمّ استخدام أداة الاستبانة للإجابة عن أسئلة البحث، وتكوّن مجتمع البحث من (25) معلما ومعلمة، وقد أظهرت النّتائج امتلاك المعلّمين الكفايات المهنية اللّازمة لتطبيق مدخل STEM بدرجة عالية، كما تمّ تقديم مجموعة من التّوصيات والمقترحات، ومن أهمّها: إجراء دراسات، وأبحاث مشابهة لهذا البحث بحيث تكون على مرحلة دراسية محدّدة، وتكون مادّة التّخصّص من ضمن متغيراتها، وأن تخصص دراسة تتعلق بأحد متطلبات الكفايات الست. The researcher used the descriptive analytical approach in the literature survey and the previous studies on the subject of the study. The questionnaire tool was used to answer the research questions, and the research community of (25) teachers and teachers, and the results showed that the teachers possess the professional skills required to implement the STEM entrance to a high degree, and a set of recommendations and proposals, Studies and research similar to this research to be on a specific stage of study, and the subject of specialization within the variables and to allocate a study related to one of the requirements of the six competencies.
