هدف البحث إلى الكشف عن واقع المشاركة الوالدية في برامج التدخل المبكر من وجهة نظر العاملين في مراكز التدخل المبكر في مجموعة من المحافظات هي (دمشق، حمص، طرطوس، اللاذقية) وذلك على عينة قوامها (85) اختصاصيا. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تصميم استبانة مؤلفة من ثلاثة أبعاد رئيسة هي: (أشكال المشاركة الوالدية، فوائد المشاركة الوالدية، معوقات المشاركة الوالدية). وتم التوصل إلى النتائج الآتية: 1) إن أكثر أشكال المشاركة الوالدية حدوثا هي تبادل المعلومات مع الاختصاصي، حضور الاجتماعات المدرسية، المشاركة في الأنشطة اللاصفية، وأقل أشكال المشاركة حدوثاً هي تدريب الطفل في المنزل على المهارات المطلوب تنميتها، المشاركة في الجلسات الخاصة بتدريب الطفل، المشاركة في وضع البرنامج التربوي الفردي. 2) إن أكثر الفوائد التي تحققها المشاركة الوالدية من وجهة نظر العاملين في مراكز التدخل المبكر هي: تحسين عملية التواصل بين الاختصاصيين والأسرة، تقديم معلومات هامة عن نمو الطفل، زيادة قدرة الوالدين على التعامل مع الطفل، زيادة قدرة الطفل على تعميم المهارات، تعديل الأفكار حول قدرة الوالدين على رعاية الطفل. 3) من أهم معوقات المشاركة الوالدية مرتبة من الأكثر أهمية إلى الأقل هي: الضغوط النفسية، بعد المركز عن منزل الأسرة، إقتناع الوالدين بعدم قدرتهما على المشاركة، اعتقاد الوالدين بأن الاختصاصي هو المسؤول عن رعاية الطفل، الخجل من إعاقة الطفل، الانشغال بالعمل اليومي، الاقتناع بعدم جدوى الخدمات المقدمة للطفل، عدم قدرة الوالدين على مساعدة الطفل، عدم معرفة الوالدين بأهمية المشاركة، عدم قدرة الوالدين على التعامل مع الاختصاصيين. This research aims to uncover the reality of parental participation in early intervention programs from the perspective of workers in the centers of early intervention in the provinces of Damascus, Tartous, Latakia, Homs, Aon a sample of 85 specialists. To achieve the objectives of the study a questinnaire was designed. Consisted of the following dimensions: (forms of Parental participation, the benefits of Parental participation, and obstacles to Parental participation) the research reached the following results: participation is exchange 1) The more frequent forms of Parental of information with the specialist attending school meeting, Parental participation in extracurricular activities, the less frequent forms are training the child in the house on the skills which the development of the child requires, private meeting to train the child, participation on the development of individual educational program. 2) The more useful benefits of Parental participation from the perspective of workers in the centers of early intervention are; improving the process of communication between specialists and family, providing important information about child development, increasing parent s ability to deal with child, increasing the child, ability to disseminate skills. modifying ideas about the ability of parents to care for the child. 3) The most important obstacles to Parental participation started from most important to least are: stress, the far distance of the center for family home, important as follows: parents inability to participate, parents believe that the specialists is responsible for the child care, being ashamed of the child disability, busy daily work, the futility of services provided to children, the inability of parent to help the child, ignorance of the importance of Parental participation, the inability of parents to deal with specialists.
