يهدف البحث للوقوف على واقع تضمين مفهومات المواطنة التقليدية، والعالمية بمقررات، ووثائق الدراسات الاجتماعية بالمرحلة الإعدادية. وتقديم إطار مقترح يتضمن أولويات المعايير، والأهداف، والموضوعات التي تتطلب دمجها بالمقررات الدراسية؛ من أجل تصميم برنامج فعال لتعليم المواطنة العالمية. وتمثلت عينة البحث في مقررات الدراسات الاجتماعية بالمرحلة الإعدادية 2017-2018 دون غيرها من المراحل الدراسية. بالإضافة إلى أهداف منهج الدراسات الاجتماعية في المرحلة الإعدادية للعام الدراسي 2017-2018، ووثيقة منهج الدراسات الاجتماعية لمرحلة التعليم الأساسي 2018. ودليلي معلم الدراسات الاجتماعية للصفين: الأول والثالث الإعداديين. بالإضافة لمجموعة من الخبراء، وصانعي السياسات التعليمية، وبعض مؤلفي كتب الدراسات الاجتماعية بالمرحلة الإعدادية، وعددهم (8). واتبعت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في وضع الإطار النظري، وإعداد أدوات البحث، وتحليل محتوى مقررات الدراسات الاجتماعية بالمرحلة الإعدادية بصفوفها الثلاثة، وبعض الوثائق المرتبطة بها. وتطبيق استبيان مفتوح عبر مقابلات مع خبراء، وبعض مؤلفي تلك المقررات خلال عام 2018. وتم وضع إطار المنهج المقترح؛ في ضوء ما أسفر عنه التحليل، والمقابلات الشخصية من نتائج. The purpose of the research is to find out the reality of incorporating the concepts of traditional and global citizenship in courses and documents of social studies in the preparatory stage. And to provide a proposed framework that includes priorities for standards, objectives and topics requiring integration into curricula; in order to design an effective global citizenship education program. The research sample in the social studies courses in the preparatory stage 2017-2018, without the other stages of study. In addition to the objectives of the curriculum of social studies in the preparatory stage for the academic year 2017-2018, and the document of the curriculum of social studies for the stage of basic education 2018. The guide of the social studies teacher for grades I and III preparatory. In addition to a group of experts, educational policy makers, and some authors of social studies textbooks in the preparatory stage, their number (8). The researcher followed the analytical descriptive approach in developing the theoretical framework, preparing the research tools, analyzing the content of the preparatory studies courses in the three grades, and some related documents. The application of an open questionnaire through interviews with experts, and some authors of those decisions during 2018. The proposed curriculum framework was developed; in the light of the resulting analysis, interviews of the results. (Published abstract)
