يكتسب هذا البحث أهمية في أن دمج أفراد هذه الشريحة مع أقرانهم العاديين من شأنه محاولة تغيير الاتجاه السلبي السائد في المجتمع (بحسب الدراسات) بعدم قدرتهم على التعلم. وتتلخص مشكلة البحث بالسؤال الآتي: ما الصعوبات التي تعيق تطبيق تجربة دمجهم مع أقرانهم العاديين في المدارس العادية من وجهة نظر المعلمين ومديري المدارس الابتدائية ؟ وفي ضوء مشكلة البحث وأهميته صاغ الباحث هدف بحثه، وهو : التعرف على متطلبات دمج أفراد هذه الفئة في المدارس العادية. تألفت عينة البحث من (141) معلماً(معلمة) ومديراً (مديرة) مدرسة ومعاونيهم من المدارس التابعة لقضاء مركز محافظة كربلاء المقدّسة، ولتحقيق أهداف البحث بنى الباحث مقياساً، وتحقق من توافر الخصائص السيكومترية له كـالصدق والتمييز والثبات، فأصبح يتكون من (28) فقرة بصورته النهائية توزعت على أربعة مجالات بالتساوي، تمت المعالجة الاحصائية للبيانات، بإستخراج التكرارات، والنسب المئوية، والوسط الحسابي، والانحراف المعياري، ومعامل الارتباط، اختبار t.Test لعينيتين مستقلتين، وأظهرت النتائج الافتقار الى البنى التحتية اللازمة لتطبيق هذا المشروع، وفي ضوء ذلك، استنتج الباحث أن معظم أفراد عينة البحث يجهلون قدرة الأطفال المعاقين إعاقة بسيطة على اكتساب المهارات الاساسية للتعلم، وخلُص الباحث الى عدد من التوصيات أهمها: ضرورة تحديد معايير واضحة لمشروع الدمج. This research acquires its importance in an attraction with ordinary peers that would make negative change prevalent in society (according to studies) of their disability in learning. The research problem is summarized by the following question: What are the difficulties that hinder the application of the experience of integrating them with their ordinary peers in regular schools from the viewpoint of teachers and primary school headmasters? therefor of the research problem and its importance, the researcher formulated the aim of his research, which is: To identify the requirements for integrating members of this category into regular schools. The research sample consisted of (141) teachers in the primary schools in Karbala. To achieve the aims of the research, the researcher constructed a research instrument, and verified the availability of psychometric properties. The instrument consists of (28) items in its final form, divided into four fields equally. The statistical treatment of the data was carried out through getting (spss). The results were shown: the lack of the necessary infrastructure to implement this project, therefor of the results, the researcher has presented a number of recommendations.
