هدفت الدراسة إلى قراءة وتحليل نص السياسة التربوية الوطني المكتوب والمقروء أو المعتمد والمطبّق ضمن مجال الشراكة المجتمعية في الحقبة بين 1990 و2016 في ظل تأثير السياسة التربوية العالمية والإقليمية، ومقاربة الشراكة المجتمعية المطبقة إلى الأبعاد الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والبيئية للتربية من أجل التنمية المستدامة في الثانويات الرسمية في لبنان. وقد استندت الدراسة بشكلٍ عام إلى نظرية جون ديوي (Dewey,1927;1879). وتكوّن مجتمع الدراسة من مديري الثانويات الرسمية في لبنان والبالغ عددهم (275)، وقد تجاوبت عيّنة متيسّرة منهم تكوّنت من (135) مدير بنسبة 49،69% من كافة المحافظات اللبنانية. وتجدر الإشارة إلى مواجهة ومعالجة الباحثة لتحديّات تتعلّق بأمور ومشاكل إدارية وإجتماعية واقتصادية يواجهّها القطاع الرسمي ومؤسّساته أثناء إجراء الدراسة. كما وتمّ اعتماد عيّنة مؤلفّة من خمسة من ممثّلي جمعيات المجتمع المدني التي لديها شراكة مع الثانوية بحسب مصادر وزارة التربية والتعليم العالي. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والاستبيان والمقابلة كأدوات الدراسة. وأظهرت النتائج وجود اختلاف بين نص السياسة التربوية المكتوب والمقروء أو المعتمد والمطبّق ضمن مجال الشراكة المجتمعية، وتبيّن أيضاً أنّه هناك تقارب بين الشراكة المجتمعية المطبّقة والأبعاد الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والبيئية للتربية من أجل التنمية المستدامة في الثانويات الرسمية في لبنان. This study aims to read and analyze the written, adopted, and applied text of national education policy within the community partnership area in the period between 1990 and 2016 with the consideration of global and regional education policy effect. In addition, it highlights the applied partnership in the light of social, economic, and environmental dimensions of Education for Sustainable Development in public secondary schools in Lebanon. The study population includes all principals (275) of public secondary schools in Lebanon with received responses of (135) principals presenting 49.69% from all Lebanese governorates, and a sample constituting of five representatives of civil society associations based on the records of the Ministry of Education &Higher Education (MEHE). It is worth mentioning that the researcher has faced and overcome major challenges related to administrative, economic, and social issues that the educational public sector suffers from during the implementation of this study. Generally, the study depends on John Dewey’s theory (Dewey,1927;1879). To achieve the study objectives, the researcher uses the descriptive analytic method and the questionnaire and interview as study tools. The results reveal discrepancy between the written, adopted, and applied text of national education policy within the community partnership, and a convergence between the applied partnership and the social, economic, and environmental dimensions of Education for Sustainable Development in public secondary schools in Lebanon.
