هدفت الورقة تطوير الشراكة المجتمعية بمدارس مدينة تبوك، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف استخدمت المنهج الوصفي، وجاءت مشتملة على الإطار العام لها، ثم محورين، تناول المحور الأول منهما الإطار المفاهيمي للشراكة المجتمعية من حيث مفهومها وأهدافها وأهميتها وأسسها ومبرراتها، وعرض المحور الثاني للآليات المقترحة لتطوير الشراكة المجتمعية، وأسفرت نتائج الدراسة عما يلي: يمكن التوصل إلى أن المجتمع المحلي ممثلاً في الأفراد (خبراء ومختصين وقادة مجتمع، ومنظمات وجمعيات أهلية يمكن أن يقوموا خبراتهم في مجال التربية والاقتصاد والفنون والآداب والعلوم وتوظيفها في الانتفاع بآرائهم ومقترحاتهم في سبيل النهوض برسالة المدرسة ومساعدتها على تحقيق أهدافها التربوية والتعليمية، وذلك عن طريق: تقديم المقترحات المتعلقة بالتطورات المعاصرة من ثورة معرفية وتكنولوجية، دعم حلقات النقاش والدورات التدريبية لتنمية العاملين بالمدرسة، إيجاد الحلول للمشكلات التي تواجهها المدرسة، دعم الأبحاث والدراسات المتعلقة بالإصلاح المدرسي، عقد الندوات والمؤتمرات المشتركة بين أولياء الأمور والعاملين بالمدرسة لتبادل الخبرات، مساعدة المدرسة في تطوير خدماتها الداخلية للطلاب والخارجية لأولياء الأمور، تنظيم زيارات ميدانية لربط الإطار النظري في المناهج بما هو عملي وتطبيقي، الشراكة في دعم الاحتفالات والأعياد الوطنية والدينية والتفاعل الإيجابي مع محيط المدرسة،يمكن تفعيل الشراكة المجتمعية بين مدارس مدينة تبوك ومؤسسات المجتمع المحلي من خلال عدة آليات تتمثل فيما يلي: معرفة المدرسة لأدوارها في عملية الشراكة، تفعيل مجالس الآباء، تفعيل دور منظمات المجتمع المدني، تفعيل متطلبات الشراكة المجتمعية، تفعيل آلية (نقل التكنولوجيا)، تفعيل برامج التعليم التعاوني، دور وزارة التعليم في المملكة العربية السعودية في تفعيل الشراكة الأسرية، تفعيل التواصل مع الأسرة، تفعيل شراكة المدارس مع القطاع الخاص، تفعيل الشراكة مع الجامعات. The current study aimed at developing the community partnership in Tabuk city schools. To achieve such aim, the researcher made use of the descriptive method, and consisted of two main dimensions, namely, the general framework and then two dimensions. The first one dealt with the conceptual framework of the community partnership in terms of its concept, objectives, importance, foundations and justifications. The second dealt with the proposed mechanisms for developing the community partnership. The results of the study revealed that the local community represented by individuals (experts, specialists, community leaders, organizations and non-governmental organizations) can carry out its expertise in the field of education, economy, arts, literature and science and use it to benefit from the individuals’ suggestions and recommendations in order to develop the school mission and objectives via providing suggestions related to the contemporary developments such as knowledge and technological revolution, supporting seminars and training courses for the development of school staff, finding solutions to the problems faced by the school, supporting research and studies related to school reform, conducting joint seminars and conferences between parents and school staff to exchange experiences, organizing field visits to link the theoretical framework in the curriculum with the practical aspects, conducting partnership for supporting national and religious celebrations and holidays and positive interaction with the school environment. The community partnership between Tabuk schools and local community institutions can be activated through several mechanisms as follows: the school’s adherence to its roles in the partnership process, activation of parents’ counseling, activation of the civil society organizations roles, activation of the community partnership requirements, activation of the mechanism of transferring technology, activation of cooperative education programs, activation of the role of the Ministry of Education in Saudi Arabia in supporting the family partnership, activation of the communication with the family, activation of the school partnership with the private sector and activation of the partnership with the universities.
