هدفت هذه الدراسة إلىالکشف عن درجة مشارکة المشرفات التربویات فی حل المشکلات الفنیة والإداریة بمدارس محافظة القنفذة وعلاقتها بالالتزام التنظیمی لدى المعلمات، وقد استخدمت الباحثة المنهج فی صورته الارتباطیة، وتکون مجتمع الدراسة من (175) قائدة وعینة الدراسة من (123) قائدة من قائدات مدارس التعلیم العام بمراحلها المختلفة التابعة لإدارة التعلیم بمحافظة القنفذة، واستخدمت الباحثة استبانة اعدتها لجمع البیانات بعد التأکد من صدقها وثباتهاوأظهرت النتائج أن درجة مشارکة المشرفات التربویات فی حل المشکلات الفنیة والإداریة بمدارس محافظة القنفذة جاءت بدرجة متوسطة وبمتوسط حسابی بلغ (2.70) وانحراف معیاری بلغ (0.643) کما أظهرت النتائج أن مستوى الالتزام التنظیمی لدى المعلمات بالمدارس جاء بدرجة متوسطة وبمتوسط حسابی بلغ (2.70) وانحراف معیاری (0.578)، وأشارت النتائج إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطیة قویة(r+0.911) ذات دالة إحصائیة عند مستوى الدلالة (µ≤0.05) بین درجة مشارکة المشرفات التربویات فی حل المشکلات الفنیة والإداریة وبین مستوى الالتزام التنظیمی لدى المعلمات. The present study aimed to investigate the degree of educational supervisors participation in solving the technical and administrative problems in Al Qunfudhah Governorate schools and its correlation to the organizational commitment of teachers. The researcher made use of "the curriculum in its linked format". The study population consisted of (175) female school leaders and the study participants were (123) school leaders. The researcher utilized a questionnaire developed to collect data after verifying its reliability and validity. The results showed that the degree of participation of educational supervisors in solving the technical and administrative problems was average, and the level of organizational commitment among teachers at schools was average also. The results also showed that there is a statistically significant correlation between the degree of educational supervisors participation in solving the technical and administrative problems and the level of organizational commitment among teachers.
