هدفت الدراسة الكشف عن علاقة كل من الصمود الأكاديمي والوالدية الإيجابية بمتغير النوع، وهدفت أيضا الى الكشف عن القدرة التنبؤية للوالدية الايجابية كما يدركها الأبناء بالصمود الأكاديمي لدى الطلاب الموهوبين أكاديميا. تضمنت عينة الدراسة 82 طالبا وطالبة بواقع (ن 42= للذكور، ن=40 للإناث) وتراوحت أعمارهم مابين (15-16) عام. طُبق عليهم مقياس الصمود الأكاديمي ومقياس الوالدية الايجابية كما يدركها الأبناء اعداد الباحثان. توصلت الدراسة الى النتائج التالية: وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا على مقياس الصمود الأكاديمي تعزى لمتغير النوع، بينما عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا على مقياس الوالدية الايجابية تعزى لمتغير النوع، كما تبين قدرة مقياس الوالدية الايجابية كما يدركها الأبناء على التنبؤ بالصمود الأكاديمي للطلاب الموهوبين. This study aimed to reveal the relationship between academic resilience and positive parenting by gender variable. Also aimed to detect the predictive ability of positive parenting with the academic resilience of gifted students. The sample of the study consisted of 82 students (42 = males / 40 = females), ages ranged between 15-16 years old. The researchers designed two scales: academic resilience scale and positive parental scale. Results: There were statistically significant differences on the scale of academic resilience due to gender variable. Also concluded that there were no statistically significant differences on the scale of positive parenting due to gender variable. Also concluded the ability of the positive parental scale to predict academic resilience of gifted students. (Published abstract)
