تدور مشكلة الدراسة حول إدارة المعرفة والأداء المؤسسي بكلية الدراسات التطبيقية وخدمة المجتمع بجامعة الملك سعود، وتهدف الدراسة الى تعرف واقع إدارة المعرفة وأثرها على الأداء المؤسسي كما يراها العاملون بكلية الدراسات التطبيقية وخدمة المجتمع بجامعة الملك سعود بالرياض. ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة، تمّ عرض إطار نظري حول إدارة المعرفة من حيث مفهومها وأهدافها وأهميتها وعناصرها وعملياتها، ثم تصميم استبانة لاستطلاع آراء عينة من العاملين بكلية الدراسات التطبيقية وخدمة المجتمع. بلغ حجم المجتمع الأصلي بكلية الدراسات التطبيقية وخدمة المجتمع 703 هيئة تدريس واداريون، بلغت الاستبانات التي أجرى عليها التحليل الإحصائي 278 استبانة بنسبة 5 و39%، وتمت المعالجة الإحصائية باستخدام التكرارات والنسب المئوية ومعادلات حساب كا تربيع والوزن النسبي، وتم تحليل نتائج الاستبانة، وتم التوصل الى نتائج الدراسة وتوصياتها مع تقديم مقترح بناء استراتيجية لإدارة المعرفة بكلية الدراسات التطبيقية وخدمة المجتمع بجامعة الملك سعود. The problem of the study on the management of knowledge and institutional performance in the Faculty of Applied Studies and Community Service at King Saud University. The study aims to identify the reality of knowledge management and its impact on institutional performance as seen by the staff of the Faculty of Applied Studies and Community Service at King Saud University in Riyadh. To achieve the objective of the study, a theoretical framework was presented on the management of knowledge in terms of its concept, objectives, importance, elements and processes, and then design a questionnaire to survey the views of a sample of employees of the Faculty of Applied Studies and Community Service. Where the size of the original society in the Faculty of Applied Studies and Community Service 703 teaching staff and administrators, the statistical questionnaires conducted by the statistical analysis 278 questionnaire by 5 and 39%, and the statistical treatment using the frequencies and percentages and the equations of calculating the square and the relative weight. And then analyze the results of the questionnaire, and then reach the results of the study and recommendations with the submission of a proposal to build a strategy for knowledge management in the Faculty of Applied Studies and Community Service, King Saud University.
