This study is devised to identify the priorities of the translation of literature in the field of educational management in terms of the scientific field, the medium of publication, and the source language. The study used the descriptive approach and adopted Delphi method in collecting the data. Forty-seven experts participated in the study in its two stages, including professors and associate professors in educational management. The results of the study showed the prioritization of translation in the fields of economics of education, human resources in educational institutions, university education, and educational systems. The results also showed the significance of translation from some publishing mediums such as international reports, books, and research abstracts in specialized scientific journals, and gave a perception of the linguistic field from which the translation should be conducted. The study recommended the adoption of priorities for the translation of educational management literature in university translation centers. This will assist those interested in choosing the literature with the highest priority and directing the translation work of educational administration literature to areas of importance on which experts agree, namely the economics of education and human resources in educational institutions, university education, educational systems, and the scientific sub-disciplines that are involved, along with the diversification of translations from the top-priority publishing mediums.
