هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على الأزمات المدرسية والتعرف على الأساليب والإجراءات المتعلقة بعمليات إدارة الأمات في مدارس التعليم الأساسي في ضوء الفكر الإداري المعاصر، بالإضافة إلى التعرف على الإدارة المدرسية بشكل عام، وإدارة الأزمة بشكل خاص، وأيضا التعرف على واقع إدارة الأزمات التعليمية في مدارس التعليم الأساسي ومعرفة المتطلبات المادية والإدارية اللازمة لإدارة الأزمات التعليمية، حيث اتضح أنه لا يوجد حدود للأزمات التي تتعرض لها المؤسسات التعليمية، مع ضرورة تعزيز حالة الاستعداد لإدارة الأزمات في المؤسسات التعليمية، بالإضافة إلى نجاح أسلوب الاتصال يساهم في زيادة ثقة الرأي العام بقدرات المديرين والمعلمين على إدارة الأزمات من حيث مبادرة المدير بالاتصال بالأطراف المعنية، والحديث الموحد لمختلف وسائل الأعلام. والاستشارة وطلب المساعدة من خبراء. The study aimed at identifying the status of school crisis and identifying the methods and procedures related to crisis management operations in basic education schools in the light of contemporary administrative thought, in addition to identifying the school administration in general, and managing the crisis in particular, and also identifying the reality of educational crisis management in basic education schools and knowing the material and administrative requirements necessary for managing educational crises, as it turned out that there are no limits to the crises to which educational institutions are exposed, with the need to enhance the state of preparedness for crisis management in educational institutions, in addition to the success of the communication method that contributes to increasing public confidence in the capabilities of managers and teachers to manage crises in terms of the director's initiative to contact the parties concerned, unified talk of various media, advice and advice from experts.
