هدفت الدراسة إلى إعداد مقياس الكفاءة المهنية لدى معلمات المرحلة الابتدائية. طبق مقياس الكفاءة المهنية على عينة قومها (200) معلمة من معلمات المرحلة الابتدائية، ويتكون المقياس من أربعة أبعاد هي (الكفاءة المعرفية، الكفاءة الوجدانية، الكفاءة الأدائية، الكفاءة الإنتاجية). تم التحقق من الخصائص السيكومترية لمقياس الكفاءة المهنية باستخدام التحليل العاملي التوكيدي والاتساق الداخلي للتحقق من صدق المقياس، واستخدام طريقة ألفا كرونباخ، وطريقة التجزئة النصفية للتحقق من ثبات المقياس. أسفرت النتائج أنه على درجة جيدة من الصدق والثبات والقابلية للتطبيق على العينة المعنية بالدراسة. This study aimed to prepare a professional competence scale for primary stage teachers and the professional competence scale was applied to a sample of (200) primary stage teachers, and the scale consists of four dimensions (cognitive competence, emotional competence, performance competence, productive efficiency), and the psychometric characteristics of the professional competence scale were verified using confirmatory factor analysis and internal consistency to checking the validity and the- Kronbach and the half-hash method for checking the reliability of the scale, the results have yielded that it has a good degree of validity, reliability and applicability to the sample in question of study.
