The study aimed at evaluating the performance of computer teachers in guiding middle school students in Riyadh to use self-organized learning strategies from their point of view, and to answer the study aim, the survey descriptive method was used, and the questionnaire was used as a study tool. The study sample was randomly chosen, amounting to (128) female computer teachers. The finding showed that evaluating the degree of the performance of computer teachers was medium. The findings showed that there were statistically significant differences attributed to years of experience, in favor of higher experience, and to educational qualification in favor of postgraduate studies.
