A1 الغربي، حسناء معدي ناصر AB هدفت الدراسة إلى تقييم أداء معلمات الحاسب في توجيه طالبات المرحلة المتوسطة في مدينة الرياض لاستخدام استراتيجيات التعلم المنظم ذاتيا من وجهة نظرهن. لتحقيق هدف الدراسة، تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي، والاستبانة كأداة للدراسة، وتم اختيار عينة الدراسة بالطريقة العشوائية بلغت (128) معلمة. أظهرت النتائج أن تقييم أداء معلمات الحاسب في توجيه طالبات المرحلة المتوسطة لاستخدام استراتيجيات التعلم المنظم ذاتيا جاء بدرجة متوسطة. وأظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية، تعزي لمتغير سنوات الخبرة لصالح الخبرة الأعلى، وتعزي للمؤهل العلمي لصالح دراسات عليا. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_en.gif AB The study aimed at evaluating the performance of computer teachers in guiding middle school students in Riyadh to use self-organized learning strategies from their point of view, and to answer the study aim, the survey descriptive method was used, and the questionnaire was used as a study tool. The study sample was randomly chosen, amounting to (128) female computer teachers. The finding showed that evaluating the degree of the performance of computer teachers was medium. The findings showed that there were statistically significant differences attributed to years of experience, in favor of higher experience, and to educational qualification in favor of postgraduate studies.
