هدفت الدراسة إلى تقويم برنامج ماجستير تقنيات التعليم في كلية التربية في جامعة القصيم، لمعرفة مدى تحقيق البرنامج لمخرجات التعلم من حيث: المعارف، والمهارات، والكفاءات، من وجهة نظر الخريجين والخريجات، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف استخدمت الدراسة: المنهج الوصفي المسحي، باستخدام الاستبانة كأداة للدراسة، حيث تتمحور حول ثلاثة محاور، تناول الأول منها: تقويم مخرجات تعلم البرنامج، والثاني: تناول تقويم استخدام التقنية في البيئة التعليمية، أما الثالث: فركز فيه على تقويم المقررات الموجودة والمقررات المقترحة. وقد طبقت الدراسة على عينة تكونت من (42) خريجا وخريجة، وخرجت الدراسة بمجموعة من النتائج، أبرزها: أنها أكدت أن درجة تحقيق برنامج ماجستير تقنيات التعليم لمخرجات التعلم من وجهة نظر خريجي وخريجات البرنامج متحققة وبدرجة كبيرة. كذلك اتضح أن متوسط استخدام التقنية في البيئة التعليمية حقق متوسطات حسابية عالية، إضافة إلى أن استجابات أفراد عينة البحث أشارت إلى أهمية إبقاء المقررات الحالية مع التعديل عليها، والتأكيد على إضافة المقررات المقترحة، إضافة إلى فتح مسار للمشروع البحثي، وفي ضوء النتائج التي وصلت إليها الدراسة تم بناء تصور مقترح لتطوير برنامج ماجستير تقنيات التعليم لتتواكب مع متطلبات العصر وسوق العمل. كما أوصت الدراسة بضرورة إعادة النظر في برنامج ماجستير تقنيات التعليم، خاصة فيما يتعلق بالبعد المهاري، ودمج التقنيات الحديثة، واستخدامها في عملية التعليم والتعلم. This study aims to evaluate the Master of Educational Technologies program at the College of Education at Qassim University to identify the extent to which the program achieved the following learning outcomes: knowledge, skills, and competencies from the perspective of the male and female graduates of the program. To achieve this goal, the study was conducted using the descriptive survey method by using a questionnaire as a tool for the study. This approach revolved around three central points. The first point dealt with evaluating the learning outcomes of the master’s program, the second focused on evaluation the use of technology in the educational environment, and the third focused on evaluating current and proposed course modules. This study was applied to a sample of (42) male and female graduates of the programmed. The study presented several results, including the confirmation that from the view of graduates, the program goals are for its set learning outcomes were largely achieved It also became clear that the average use of technology within the educational environment was above average. Additionally, the responses from the study participants indicated the importance of keeping the current course modules with some modification and highlighting the interest in the addition of proposed course modules, with a path included for research projects. In light of these results, the proposed vision has been built to develop the Master of Educational Technologies program to keep pace with current times and the labor market requirements. The study also recommends reviewing the Master of Educational Technologies program, especially regarding the skill dimension and integrating new technologies and using them in the teaching and learning process.
