هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة الكفاءة الذاتية الأكاديمية وعلاقتها بالاتجاهات نحو استخدام بيئات التعلم الإلكترونية لدى طالبات جامعة نجران. واستخدم المنهج الوصفي المسحي. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (559) طالبة تم اختيارهن بالطريقة الطبقية العشوائية من الكليات الإنسانية والعلمية في جامعة نجران بالمملكة العربية السعودية. واستخدم مقياس الكفاءة الذاتية الأكاديمية، ومقياس الاتجاهات نحو استخدام بيئات التعلم الإلكترونية. وأظهرت النتائج أن درجة الكفاءة الذاتية الأكاديمية لدى طالبات جامعة نجران جاءت بدرجة تقدير متوسطة، وأن هناك فروقا دالة إحصائيا في درجة الكفاءة الذاتية الأكاديمية من وجهة نظر عينة الدراسة تعزى لمتغيري نوع الكلية ولصالح فئة الكليات العلمية، والسنة الدراسية ولصالح فئة السنوات الثالثة والرابعة. وأشارت النتائج إلى أن درجة الاتجاهات نحو استخدام بيئات التعلم الإلكترونية جاءت كبيرة، وأنه لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في الاتجاهات نحو استخدام بيئات التعلم الإلكترونية من وجهة نظر عينة الدراسة تعزى لمتغيري نوع الكلية والسنة الدراسية. كما أسفرت النتائج عن وجود علاقة ارتباطية طردية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين درجة الكفاءة الذاتية الأكاديمية ككل ومجالاتها وبين الاتجاهات نحو استخدام بيئات التعلم الإلكترونية لدى طالبات جامعة نجران ككل ومجالاتها. وأوصت الدراسة باعتماد الجامعات برامج تدريبية وإرشادية لتنمية الكفاءة الذاتية الأكاديمية لدى الطالبات وتوظيفها في تعزيز الاتجاهات الإيجابية نحو استخدام بيئات التعلم الإلكترونية في التدريس الجامعي لديهن. The study aimed to the degree of academic self-efficacy and its relationship to attitudes toward the use of electronic learning environments among female students at Najran university. The sample consisted of (559) female students at Najran university in Saudi Arabia. A measure of academic self-efficacy and a measure of attitudes towards using e-learning environments were used. The results showed that the degree of academic self-efficacy with female students of Najran University an average rating; and that there were statistically significant differences in the degree of academic self-sufficiency from the point of view of the study sample due to the presence of statistically significant differences in the degree of academic self-sufficiency. Variables of the type of college and in favor of the category of scientific colleges in the academic year and in favor of the third and fourth years, and the results indicated that the degree of attitudes towards the use of electronic learning environments was large, and that there were no statistically significant differences in the trends of using e-learning environments from the point of view of the study sample due to the variables of type College and academic year. The study recommended the accreditation of universities academic self-efficacy as a whole and its fields; and trends towards using electronic learning environments for female students Najran University as a whole and its fields.
