هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة وعي طالبات جامعة الملك سعود بحقوق المواطنة الرقمية وواجباتها، كما هدفت الى التعرف على درجة وعي طالبات جامعة الملك سعود على حقوقهن كمواطنات رقميات وقيامهن بواجباتهن، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من كافة طالبات جامعة الملك سعود، واشتملت عينة الدراسة على (560) طالبةٍ لتمثيل مجتمع الدراسة، وقد استجاب جميع أفراد العينة لأداة الدراسة، واعتمدت الباحثة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي واستخدمت الاستبانة، وتوصلت إلى العديد من النتائج من أهمها: 1) جاءت درجة وعي الطالبات بحقوق المواطنة الرقمية وواجباتها بدرجة ضعيفة جداً. 2) جاءت درجة المعوقات التي قد تحول دون معرفة أفراد العينة لحقوقهن وواجباتهن كمواطنات رقميات "بدرجة ضعيفة". 3) عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05) في آراء أفراد عينة الدراسة حول محاور الاستبانة ككل والدرجة الكلية وفقاً لمتغير الكلية. 4) وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05) في آراء أفراد عينة الدراسة حول الدرجة الكلية وفقاً لمتغير عدد ساعات استخدام الإنترنت في اليوم لصالح من يستخدمون الإنترنت أكثر من 5ساعات في اليوم. The study aimed to find out the awareness degree among female students at King Saud University regarding the rights and duties of digital citizenship and the obstacles that prevent them from fulfilling their duties as digital citizens. The study also aimed to detect if there are statistically significant differences at (0.05) level of significance in the degree of awareness about rights and duties of digital citizenship among study subjects in the variables of (faculty, total number of hours of Internet use per day). The study population consisted of all female students at King Saud University. The study sample included (560) female students representing the study population responded. The researcher adopted the analytical descriptive approach for the study and used a questionnaire as a research instrument. The study concluded several results, the most important of which are the following: 1) The awareness degree about rights and duties of digital citizenship among study subjects was (very weak). 2) The obstacles preventing study subjects from knowing their rights and duties as digital citizens" were "weak" from the perspective of study subjects. 3) There are no statistically significant differences at (0.05) level of significance in study subjects' opinions about the questionnaire's axes and the total score due to faculty. 4) There are statistically significant differences at (0.05) level of significance in study subjects' total scores of opinions, due to total number of hours of Internet use per day, for the favor of study subjects who use the Internet for more than 5 hours a day digital citizenship.
