هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مستوى رضا أولياء أمور الطلبة ذوي الإعاقة عن استخدام منصات التعليم الإلكتروني في أثناء جائحة كورونا. واشتملت عينة الدراسة على (220) من أولياء أمور الطلبة ذوي الإعاقة في مدينة الرياض، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي؛ وذلك لملاءمته لطبيعة الدراسة الحالية ولتحقيق أهدافها. وقد قام الباحث بإعداد استبانة مكونة من (18) عبارة تقيس مستوى رضا أولياء أمور الطلبة ذوي الإعاقة عن استخدام منصات التعليم الإلكتروني في أثناء جائحة كورونا، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن مستوى رضا أولياء أمور الطلبة ذوي الإعاقة عن استخدام منصات التعليم عن بُعد في أثناء جائحة كورونا جاء بمستوى منخفض، كما أظهرت الدراسة وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات أولياء أمور الطلبة ذوي الإعاقة نحو استخدام منصات التعليم عن بُعد في أثناء جائحة كورونا تُعزى لمتغير (المستوى الأكاديمي) لصالح مرحلتي "الثانوي وما دون" و"الدكتوراه"، ومتغير (البرنامج التعليمي للطالب) لصالح "اضطرابات التواصل"، و"تعدد عوق"، ومتغير (المرحلة الدراسية للطالب) لصالح "المرحلة الثانوية". وفي مقابل ذلك أكدت الدراسة عدمَ وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات أولياء أمور الطلبة ذوي الإعاقة حول استخدام منصات التعليم عن بُعد في أثناء جائحة كورونا تُعزى لمتغير (الجنس، والعمر، والحالة الوظيفية). This study aimed to identify the satisfaction level of parents of students with disabilities towards the use of E-learning platforms during the corona pandemic. The study sample included (220) parents of students with disabilities in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The researcher used the descriptive approach to suit the nature of the current study and to achieve its objectives. The researcher developed a questionnaire consisting of (18) statements that measure the satisfaction level of parents of students with disabilities regarding the use of E-learning platforms during the corona pandemic. The study concludes that the satisfaction level of parents of students with disabilities towards the use of E-learning platforms during the corona pandemic was low. The study also showed statistically significant differences between the responses of parents of students with disabilities towards using E-learning platforms during the corona pandemic. Three variables: (academic level) in favor of the “secondary and below” and “doctoral” level, (the student's educational program), in favor of "communication disorders", "multiple disabilities", and (the student's academic level) in favor of the "secondary level". On the other hand, the study emphasized that there were no statistically significant differences between the responses of parents of students with disabilities towards using E-learning platforms during the corona pandemic and three variables (gender, age and occupation status).
