يهدف البحث إلى بيان رؤية التربية الإسلامية وتوجيهاتها بصفة عامة في التعامل مع الأوبئة والجوائح العامة، ويسلط الضوء على مفهوم الأوبئة والجوائح العامة، والآثار الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والتربوية للأوبئة، وعلاقة الأوبئة والجوائح العامة بالعوامل الدينية والسنن الكونية، ومفهوم التربية الإسلامية، وأهميتها في القضاء على الأوبئة والجوائح العامة، وأهم توجيهات التربية الإسلامية في التعامل مع الأوبئة والجوائح العامة، مستخدماً في ذلك المنهج الوصفي، وقد توصل البحث إلى العديد من النتائج أهمها: 1) أن الأضرار الاجتماعية والاقتصادية التي نتجت عن وباء كورونا كانت كبيرةً وفادحةً ، وكان من أشدّها تفشي البطالة، واندثار العديد من العادات والثقافات الاجتماعية ولو بصورة مؤقتة، 2) ي المقابل كان هناك العديد من الآثار التربوية الإيجابية كتنامي قيمة التعاون والتراحم بين الناس و ترشيد الاستهلاك والشعور بنعم الله بعد فقدها كالصلاة في المساجد، وزيارة الوالدين، وحضور دفن الموتى وأداء الشعائر الدينية كفريضة الحج والعمرة وغيرها.3-أن خصائص التربية الإسلامية سبقت معظم التشريعات والاحترازات الطبية في الوقاية من الأوبئة وفي التخفيف من آثارها وتقليل انتشارها، ومخزونها من التوجيهات الصحية والوقائية وفيرٌ جداً وظهرت الحاجة الماسة له في هذه الأزمة. This research aimed to provide a general demonstration of the characteristics of educational theory, seek an understanding of the tracks of different educational theories in dealing with public epidemics and pandemics, demonstrate the comprehensiveness of Islamic education and its addressing of jurisprudential issues, discuss the notions of public epidemics and pandemics, the social, economic, and educational impacts of epidemics, the relationship of public endemics and pandemics with religious factors and cosmic facts, the concept of the Islamic education theory and its significance, the role of Islamic studies in eradicating public endemics and pandemics, and the most significant characteristics of the Islamic educational theory in dealing with public endemics and pandemics. The research adopted the inferential and descriptive approaches. The research obtained several findings, the most important of them are the following: the Islamic educational theory considers intention as the condition for acceptance of deeds, as deeds define whether deeds are accepted or not; Islamic education plays a great role in eradicating endemics through personal hygiene and other mechanisms for responding to and eradicating endemics; the Islamic educational theory in dealing with endemics is characterized by the following: godly, holistic, prospective, and balanced.
