هدف البحث إلى التعرف على فعالية برنامج إرشادي في تنمية مهارات القيادة الإبداعية لدى طلاب السنة التحضيرية بجامعة بيشة تم اختيار عينة الدراسة على مرحلتين: المرحلة الأولى: مثلت الدراسة الاستطلاعية، وذلك لحساب الخصائص السيكومترية لمقياس القيادة الإبداعية، واختبار الذكاء اللفظي، وقد بلغ عددها (100) طالبا من طلاب السنة التحضيرية ممن تتراوح أعمارهم ما بين (19-20) سنة، والمرحلة الثانية: تمثل العينة الأساسية وبلغ عددها (34) طالبا من طلاب السنة التحضيرية، مقسمين إلى (17) طالبا يمثلون المجموعة التجريبية ممن تتراوح أعمارهم ما بين (19-20) سنة و(17) طالبا يمثلون المجموعة الضابطة ممن تتراوح أعمارهم ما بين (19-20) سنة، طبق عليهم مقياس القيادة الإبداعية، وبرنامج إرشادي من إعداد الباحث، واختبار الذكاء اللفظي للمرحلة الثانوية والجامعية (إعداد جابر عبد الحميد، محمود عمر، 2007). استخدم الباحث برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (spss) الإصدار (21)، لتحليل البيانات وفقا لمشكلة البحث وتساؤلاته، وكذلك معامل ارتباط بيرسون Pearson Correlation للتأكد من الاتساق الداخلي، وألفا كرونباخ للتأكد من ثبات الاختبار، واختبار مان – ويتني Mann-Whitney U لمعرفة دلالة الفروق بين عينتين مستقلتين، واختبار، ويلككسون Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test لمعرفة مدى دلالة الفروق بين القياسين القبلي والبعدي للمجموعة التجريبية، والمتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية، ومعادلة معامل الارتباط الثنائي لمعرفة حجم تأثير المتغير المستقل على المتغير التابع، وأسفرت نتائج البحث عن وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.01) بين متوسطي رتب درجات القياسين القبلي والبعدي للمجموعة التجريبية على مقياس القيادة الإبداعية وفي كل بعد من أبعاده لصالح القياس البعدي، كما وجدت فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.01) بين متوسطي رتب درجات المجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة في القياس البعدي على مقياس القيادة الإبداعية وفي كل بعد من أبعاده لصالح المجموعة التجريبية، وكذلك وجود فروق غير دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطي رتب درجات القياسين البعدي والتتبعي للمجموعة التجريبية على أبعاد مقياس القيادة الإبداعية والدرجة الكلية، وخلص البحث إلى مجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات لبحوث مستقبلية. The aim of the research is to identify the effectiveness of a pilot program in developing creative leadership skills among students of the preparatory year at Bisha University. The study sample was chosen in two phases: The first stage: represented an exploratory study, in order to calculate the psychometric properties of the creative leadership scale, and the verbal intelligence test )100) Students from the preparatory year students who are between the ages of (19-20), and the second stage: The basic sample represents (34) students from the preparatory year students, divided into (17) students representing the experimental group who are between the ages of (19-20) years, and (17) students representing the control of those aged (19-20 years). The creative leadership scale applied to them by the researcher was applied to them, as well as the indicative program prepared by the researcher also applied to them, and the verbal intelligence test for secondary and university levels prepared (Jaber Abdel Hamid, Mahmoud Omar, 2007), and the researcher used the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (spss) version (21). To analyze data according to the research problem and its questions, as well as the Pearson Correlation coefficient to ensure internal consistency, Alpha Cronbach to verify the stability of the test, and the Mann-Whitney U test to know the significance of the differences between two independent samples, and Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test to see how significant Differences between a For the pre and post measurements of the experimental group, the arithmetic mean and the standard deviations, and the effect size equation to know the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The results of the research resulted in the presence of statistically significant differences at the level (0.01) between the average levels of the pre and post measurement scores for the experimental group on the creative leadership scale and in each of its dimensions in favor of the post measurement, and there were statistically significant differences at the level (0.01) between the two average levels The degrees of the experimental and control groups in the dimensional measurement on the creative leadership scale and in each of its dimensions in favor of the experimental group, as well as the presence of statistically significant differences between the mean levels of the degrees of post-measurement and successive measurement of the experimental group on the dimensions of the creative leadership scale and the total degree, and the conclusion of W to a set of recommendations and proposals for future research.
