هدفت الدراسة إلى بناء مقياس الطموح باستخدام التحليل العاملي لدى عينة من طالبات المرحلة الثانوية بمكة المكرمة، وتمثلت أداة الدراسة في استبيان مستوى الطموح (إعداد كاميليا عبد الفتاح، 1975) ويحتوي المقياس على (79) عبارة، ومقياس الطموح (إعداد معوض وعبدالعظيم، 2000) ويتكون المقياس من (36) عبارة، واختبار مستوى الطموح (إعداد محمد علي، 2004)، ويتكون المقياس من 30) عبارة، وبعد إجراء التعديلات عليها بما يتناسب مع أغراض الدراسة تم تطبيقها على عينة بلغ عددها (500) طالبة من طالبات المرحلة الثانوية بمكة المكرمة تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية طبقية، وقد أسفرت نتائج التحليل العاملي الاستكشافي عن وجود مكونات عاملية للطموح بلغ عددها (10) عوامل وهي: (العزيمة والإصرار، التفاؤل، الاستفادة من الإمكانات المتاحة، تحمل المسئولية، الثقة بالنفس، التجديد، تحقيق الأهداف، التحدي، وضوح الأهداف، التغلب على العقبات)، ونتج عن التحليل العاملي التوكيدي تحقق جميع مؤشرات المطابقة والمطابقة المقارن المستخدمة في هذه الدراسة، وبذلك أصبح المقياس في صورته النهائية يتكون من (37) عبارة موزعة على ثمانية أبعاد. The study aimed to provide ambitious using factor analysis in a sample of high school students in Holly Mecca, consisted study tool in the level of ambition questionnaire preparation (Camellia Abdel Fattah, 1975) contains the scale on (79) items, and the measure of ambition preparation (Mouawad and Azim 0.2000 m) and consists of the scale (36) items, and test the level of ambition set up (Muhammad Ali, 2004) and consists of the scale of the (30) items, after making adjustments in line with the study purposes were applied to the sample numbered (500) students of secondary city of Holly Mecca were randomly selected class, it has resulted in the factor analysis exploratory about the existence of global ambition components numbered (10) factors, namely: (of determination, optimism, to take advantage of available resources, take responsibility, self-confidence, renewal, achieve goals, challenge, and clarity of goals, overcoming obstacles), resulting in factor analysis affirmative check all corresponding indicators and comparative matching used in this study, bringing the measure in its final form consists of (37) is divided into eight dimensions.
