هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع كفاية الاتصال لدى مراقبي المناطق التعليمية من وجهة نظر مدراء المدارس الابتدائية بدولة الكويت ومدى توافرها، والمعوقات التي تحد من توافرها، والكشف عن الفروق لاستجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول ممارسة كفاية الاتصال لدى مراقبي المناطق التعليمية والتي تعزى لمتغيرات "الجنس، المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخبرة". تكونت العينة من جميع مدراء المدارس الابتدائية بمنطقتي العاصمة والجهراء، وقد بلغ قوامها (74) مديرا، وقد اعتمدا الباحثان على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى ضعف كفاية الاتصال لدى مراقبي المناطق التعليمية والحاجة إلى تنميتها، بالإضافة إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغيري الجنس والمؤهل العلمي، ووجود فرق دال إحصائيا بالنسبة لسنوات الخبرة تعزى لصالح أكثر من 10 سنوات. This study aimed to identify the reality of “communication adequacy” of school district monitors, from the point of view of primary school managers in Kuwait and the extent of their availability of “communication adequacy”, as well as the obstacles that limit its availability, and also; Disclosure of differences in the responses of the study sample regarding the practice of “communication adequacy” among school district monitors; Which is affected by the following variables: (gender, qualification, years of experience). The study sample consisted of all primary school managers in the Capital and Jahra regions, and they numbered 74 managers. The two researchers relied on the descriptive and analytical approach. This is due to its relevance to the nature of the study. The results indicated a weak "communication adequacy" of school district monitors and that there is a need for their development, in addition to the absence of statistically significant differences attributable to the variables (gender and qualification), and a statistically significant difference for (years of experience) attributable to the value of (more than 10 years).
