يهدف البحث إلى تحديد فلسفة إدارة الصراع وأساليبه، والتعرف على أهم استراتيجياته بالمؤسسات التعليمية، وكذلك التعرف على طبيعة وأبعاد المناخ التنظيمي في المؤسسات التعليمية، واعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وانتهى البحث بوضع استراتيجية مقترحة لإدارة الصراع كمدخل لتطوير المناخ التنظيمي في المؤسسات التعليمية بالمملكة العربية السعودية متضمنة فلسفة ومرتكزات للاستراتيجية، وأهدافها ومتطلبات تطبيقها، وأصى البحث بضرورة وضع برامج تدريبية متطورة وورش عمل متخصصة لتنمية المهارات اللازمة لاستخدام كافة الاستراتيجيات، وكيفية استخدامها، وتضمين الخطط الدراسية وبرامج التعليم مقررات تدور حول الصراع وكيفية إدارته بشكل بناء يساهم في تحقيق أهداف المؤسسة التعليمية. This research aims to define the philosophy of conflict management and its methods, and to identify its most important strategies in educational institutions, as well as to identify the nature of the regulatory environment in educational institutions and dimensions. The research was based on the descriptive analytical approach, the research ended with developing a proposed strategy for conflict management as an entry point for developing the organizational climate in educational institutions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the philosophy and pillars of the strategy, its objectives and requirements for its application. The research recommended the necessity of developing advanced training programs and specialized workshops to develop the skills needed to use all strategies, and how to use them, and to include study plans and education programs courses on conflict and how to manage it in a manner that contributes to achieving the goals of the educational institution.
