استهدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على وجهة نظر طالبات كلية التربية الأساسية بدولة الكويت للنمط القيادي الأكثر ممارسة من قبل أعضاء هيئة التدريس في الكلية، وأثر متغيرات السنة الدراسية والتخصص على ذلك. واتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (269) طالبة من المقيدات في كلية التربية الأساسية للعام الدراسي 2020-2019. واشتملت أدوات الدراسة على استبانة تضمنت (45) عبارة موزعة على ثلاث مجالات (النمط الديمقراطي النمط الأوتوقراطي النمط التساهلي). توصلت النتائج إلى: 1) أن أكثر الأنماط القيادية ممارسة من قبل أعضاء هيئة التدريس بكلية التربية الأساسية من وجهة نظر الطالبات النمط الديمقراطي بدرجة كبيرة، يليه النمط الأوتوقراطي بدرجة متوسطة، وأخيرا النمط التساهلي بدرجة متوسطة. 2) عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (α=0.05) بين متوسطات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول النمط الديمقراطي والتساهلي والدرجة الكلية تعزى لمتغير السنة الدراسية، بينما توجد وجود فروق حول النمط الأوتوقراطي. 3) عدم وجود فروق بين متوسطات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول النمط الأوتوقراطي والتساهلي والدرجة الكلية تعزى لمتغير التخصص، بينما توجد فروق حول النمط الديمقراطي. This study aimed to identify the viewpoint of students of the College of Basic Education in the State of Kuwait towards the most leadership style most practiced by faculty members in the college along with the effect of the academic year's variables and specialization on that. The study followed the descriptive approach, and the study sample consisted of (269) students enrolled in the College of Basic Education for the academic year 2019-2020. The study tools comprised a questionnaire that included (45) statements distributed in three fields (the democratic style - the autocratic style - the permissive style). The study results concluded that the most practiced leadership styles most practiced by faculty members in the College of Basic Education (from the female students' prespective) are the democratic style to a large extent. The autocratic style follows the democratic style with a medium degree and the permissive style with a moderate degree. The results showed no statistically significant differences at the level of (α=0.05) between the averages of the study sample about the democratic and permissive style and the total score due to the variable of the school year. At the same time, there were differences in the autocratic style. The results also showed no differences between the study sample's averages about the autocratic and permissive style and the total score due to the variable of specialization.
